Beautiful, wide sandy beach just outside of city center. Amazing view of the Tralee Bay. Photo ops from the ridge above the beach. Take a long stroll along the beach and watch the sunset. Be careful where you step, especially if you're barefoot, as there may be jellyfish in the sand waiting for the tide to come back in.

fabulous views on a magnificent beach, warm seas( for Ireland anyway), great surf or flat calm depending on the weather. uncrowded, suitable for young and old. life guards on duty in high season. Ample free parking. But please don't tell anyone - we want to keep it a secret

This is a quiet and friendly beach, with parking very close by. Clean toilet facilities and a small shop in the car park. This is a place for those who prefer less commercialised beaches. Had a wonderful family day out there.

This is a fantastic beach. Brilliant spot for children. Highly recommend paying a visit !! Super sandy and not deep a good distance from the shore. There are on site washing facilities to clear of the sand , this is a great idea. The surfing offers are good value for older children say 10 and upwards.
