I usually try to venture as far away from my hotel as possible when on travel ... there's so much to see, right? One night, although staying in the adjacent International Hotel, we found ourselves at Hannigan's after dinner ... the bar was lively and actually, the most crowded we had seen so far on our trip. The live band... More

Go early! Room fills up instantly! Great Irish mood and festivity. Service a bit slow but for good reason. Great smithwicks on tap. Only gin they had available was the Irish Gin----So-So!

We had a beautiful meal here last night , we were served by the excellent duo of Brendan & John . Everything we got was absolutely devine & we all had something different , steak, duck , chicken & a vegetarian dish . As for the dessert O.M.G . We will definitely be back

We took a carriage ride that covered a bout five miles. It was relaxing and just plain fun after being "one the move" for several days. This is a vast park and seeing one corner of it was worthwhile.

We had some of the best meat either of us had ever eaten: the Rack of Lamb was to-die-for. Stylish decor, reasonable prices and good humoured service. Also, was really pleased they let us bring and drink a birthday gift bottle of wine with our meal. Go. And eat the lamb ribs.

We arrived at 8:20 when the food service ended at 9:00pm, but everyone (especially Brendan) was very nice and accommodating. Food and atmosphere was nice.

have eaten many times and food is always excellent.Ate here again last night and food was of same high standard as always. However this was advertised as wine tasting night with "wine with every course" which I thought meant that wine would be served with main course and a dessert wine at the end of the meal but this was not... We got 1000 welcomes for returning to bar bearing our last name, although everyone is welcome here and Guinness flows freely. Staff are attentive and pub area, though small is warm and inviting.

We had family meal here, was great but childrens food was the last to come out and not great even with a patient 4 year old in our group. Food was delicious and well presented. Good atmosphere in the restaurant. Really cosy with lovely roaring fire. Prices were average and this venue was recommended by a local.
