I hiked Kerry Way last year and had an awesome time. The trail is well marked and host some of the most spectacular views in all of Ireland. If you really want to experience Ireland, and you want to truly get away from it all hike the Kerry Way, you won't regret one step!!

The Kerry Way was a lovely drive and well marked along the way. Many quaint towns and sights that make you stop for a photo. Couldn't really do it justice in a single day. Would love to come back and stay for several days to be able to enjoy all that is there.

We are currently on a 4 day hike with nights at B&B's along the Kerry Way. We started in Killarney and head towards Cahirciveen. the hike itself can take you all down the coast of Southwest Ireland. Its beautiful, scenic and somewhat challenging (though worth it). One day you'll be greeting sheep and goat wandering on the trail the next... More

The views were stunning but as we traveled more in Ireland, all the views were stunning. We had rented a car for our trip but we choose to go On a tour bus so my husband who usually drove could enjoy the views also. I would also advise every one to take advantage of the sheep dog demonstration. I don't... More

Spending a day in nature, with almoust sunny day, was more than I have expected. Deros Tours has guided us and taken us to the adventure of exploring Ladies View, Lakes of Killarney and Killarney’s National Park. And do not miss the possibility to see the Sheep Dog Demonstration :)))

What fun! You can go as far as you'd like down this trail we hike for about an hour and back which worked for us over 65ers and well traveled. Kenmare is the place to be for hiking and the TI is extremely helpful.

The Kerry Way (the walking route, not the "Ring of Kerry" for cars) is a wonderfull long distance hiking-way. Sometimes it can be strenuous, especially when the ground is muddy but other stages are easy and just a pleasure to walk. The view is always amazing.

The Kerry Way has stages that are of varying difficulty, but one of the most beautiful walks I have ever taken in my life is the walk from Glenbeigh to Kells--it has everything, a fairy-land through the woods near Glenbeigh, dizzying heights above the coast, forests, peat fields, vistas of great beauty, challenging climbs. It is an extraordinary experience all... More
