Queen Victoria's maids in waiting named this after their Queen. Unbelievable views of a truly magic landscape

No wonder queen was amazed. It is great. Of course it is popular and similar can be viewed from other points of view but cannot be left out. It is easy access and can be done quickly.

I live in Dublin and i go down to killarney a lot. Ladies view is my favorite place to visit. no matter the weather it is a stunning view. i tend to go up early as it can get quiet busy, and not a lot parking there

what an amazing place , definitely a sight to see when visiting county Kerry , the name apparently stems from the admiration of the view given by Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting during their 1861 visit.

I've always been a bit underwhelmed by this particular view. Nothing wrong with it, but it's not the wonder they seem to suggest. Worth a drive up to see it, but judge for yourself. There's better things to see around here.
