The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and useful information. Free maps and pamphlets. A great place to start our visit in Killarney.

Thank you Killarney Tourist Office! Staying outside of Killarney and touring southwest Ireland we needed daily help to find our way here and there, which almost always involved 2 or 3 busy roundabouts. The Tourist Office was well staffed, provided endless brochures and maps and the representative made sure we were clear on directions before sending us on our way.... More

Killarney is a beautiful town in south west Ireland, and a short drive from either Adare/Limerick, Cork or Kinsale. Definitely a place to visit. I suggest that your first stop in Killarney should be the Tourist Center (unless you already know the town). The staff there (and there were four persons working during the usual lunch break) was extremely helpful... More

Word of warning to visitors to Killarney. Since my last visit two years ago a new TOURIST OFFICE has opened in the centre of the town which is nothing more than a shop selling bus trips etc. The REAL TOURIST OFFICE is situated off new street where very professional staff will answer all your queries and provide you with free... First, please note that this is NOT a comment on the "for profit" tourist office found closer to the town city, but instead, is a comment on the "governmental" office found on Beach Street. And as noted in the title, this one is superb! The information available is extensive and first rate, as there are excellent brochures, maps, and travel... More

This was a great place to get directions, find a recommended hotel (we took their recommendation), and we were apprised of several activities that one can partake in, in and around the area. The staff were very friendly, and very patient!

Very nice office - large, bright and spacious. Helpful, polite staff who knew their stuff! Lots of information sheets provided, very knowledgeable about the area

Tourist office had very good info but the staff was not very friendly. No public bathrooms available. You could get all the information about Ireland you might need.

We were looking for schedule for Dublin City Bus. Although they didn't have schedules (apparently they fly out the door) he explained the different bus services available & the locations of the stations.

Everyone here works like clockwork to get you on your journeys in County Kerry. They were willing to stay a few minutes past closing time to help us get on our way. I think the young lady's name was Finula - she was so charming and helpful!
