We Had a Blast

The food was great and the show was so funny. The cast interacted with the crowd and kept us in stitches. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ere we stopped in Galway, We paused long the way To feast at the Castle Dunguaire. As we waited to feed, We sampled the mead, Till ‘twas time to ascend the stair. While gathered were we, My wife and me As Queen and King of the feast were selected. Tho’ I cannot say By what parlay The two of use... More

We had read quite a lot of reviews about the banquet but decided to experience it for ourselves. It was a wonderful evening and, contrary to some of the reviews, we found it to be good value. The price included all the entertainment along with the meal, mead, wine, fruit punch and water - something for everyone unless you are... More

Had no idea what a Treat this Banquet would be. Atmosphere, play, story line and audience participation all rolled into one Great evening and the food and drink was more than I expected. A MUST SEE for ALL ages

We did a quick pit stop here on our way to the Cliffs of Moher. It was a fun little place with great views from the rooftop. Well worth stopping even if you don't do the dinner!

When visiting Ireland, attending a Medieveal Banquet is fun. This one is one of the smaller ones, the entertainment was wonderful - the singing, harp, and stories were lovely. The food is banquet food, yet they accommodated a vegetarian meal on the fly and it was good. The team was friendly and they hustled to meet all expectations!

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at this castle. The meal was okay but the entertainment alone was worth the price of admission. The atmosphere for the evening was wonderful from the walk in until the final poem. Don't go there is you have mobility issues as it's a bit of a climb to where the feast is held. Otherwise I highly... More

Had a great time at this fabulous dinner! The mead was amazing! I don't want to spoil the surprise but if you are a couple it might be extra fun! The entertainment was great and the "butler" was knock-out hilarious! Sure its pricey, but its a priceless experience!

This was really a dissapointment! The Mead as we were introduced to the evening was the best thing of the evening. Program must have been downsized from a larger troupe to 2 people that sang songs and 1 that played a harp. All three helped to serve the meal of Chicken roll & veggies, brown bread and sick Apple Pie... More

A bit of a drive from Galway, but well worth it. Entertainment, history, great food and fun, all served up in a working castle.
