We were so lucky, on a weekend trip to Dublin for our son's 21st we managed to secure four, really exceptional seats at the theatre. What a fantastic night in lovely surroundings with fantastic atmosphere. Can't fault it and will go to the theatre again on another visit to watch a different show.

When booking online or by phone, resist offers by TicketMaster of "good central seats" between rows J and M and seats 12 to 16. Above K14 is a projector, the fan of which gives a white noise throughout the performance. Otherwise, as others say, a nice traditional theatre with a small bar. This review is not about a show, just... More

I caught one of the last performances of Riverdance here at the end of August and truly loved the show and the experience. Ticket prices were incredibly reasonable (Front row center for under 50 Euros!) and the pub within the theater was quite nice -- as were all the staff we interacted with at the Gaiety. Very, very glad I... More

Have just seen this wonderful show in Ipswich at the Regent Theatre, absolutley amazing music, singing and incredible dancing, such talent but the biggest applause must be for the percussionist; awesome and stunning. Venue: lovely old traditional theatre wonderfully tatty in places as I recall as a child these places always were and lovely staff front and back of house.

This show is amazing and no recording or youtube video can replace the real live experience. Dancers are so beautiful and talented, they fly on the stage... and the music, the entire setting... we left feeling uplifted for the rest of the evening. The theater is also impressive - too bad they're serving popcorn, which I've never seen in any... More

I saw the fliers for Riverdance while visiting Dublin the first two weeks in August and decided I had to see Riverdance as I'd never seen it and had heard so much about it. I really enjoyed Trad on the Prom in Galway in May 2012 so I figured Riverdance would blow me away. My cousin and I drove all... More

We enjoyed a great performance celebrating 20 years of Riverdance in this grand old theater. The staff were helpful. There wasn't a bad seat in the house.

I saw Riverdance at this beautiful old theatre in downtown Dublin. What a fantastic experience! The show is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quintessentail Irish folk dance and music. To see it in such a wonderful old theatre,(restored or maintained, I'm not sure), with sculpted detailed ceilings and balconies, is a treasure. My view from a central row h... More
