It's been a long while since I attended a show at the Gaiety so it was good to see the place again. It still has it's old charm and is kept in very good condition. We were seated in the stalls on the ground floor and the views of the stage were very good. The bar still has that old... More

The Gaiety is just off St. Stephen's Green, on the north west side, near Grafton. Brightly lit at night, it is beautiful within. Seats are a tiny bit cramped, but the view of the stage was very good, as were the acoustics. Reasonable prices for plays, compared to other theatres

On a long weekend in Dublin, we liked the idea of a night at the theatre. The offering at the Abbey sounded a bit worthy - so the Gaiety it was. The theatre is a lovely building, ideally located in the centre of the city. It is an atmospheric venue, with its charm accentuated by the old playbills which lined... More

Very good play. Had previously seen Riverdance here. It is a lovely, friendly old fashioned theatre with a lovel atmosphere and well served at the intervals so that there are not huge queues to get drinks or snacks.

We saw ''The Jersey Nights'' show here and were very pleased with the venue. The seating offers great stage views from all areas and the acoustics are fantastic. The staff are very attentive and ensure comfort and safety for all. This theatre first opened in 1871 and by all accounts has delivered quality ever since. There is a good choice... More

If you like Riverdance, this is certainly worth it =). I've loved the show since I first saw it 15 years ago and getting to see it live in Dublin was so amazing for me. The theater itself is quite beautiful and cozy. Our tickets were very reasonable and even from off to the side, we had a great view.... More

My son surprised me with tickets to this show while we were visiting Dublin. And to see such a world-wide, highly acclaimed show such as 'Riverdance' there just made the experience even more special. You can see perfectly from any seat in the theatre, the price was reasonable (for a show of this magnitude) and the acoustics were awesome. Such... More

The Gate puts on the best plays in Dublin, you can see perfectly from any seat, the price is great, location is central, that's why I go every 2 months.

4 adults and 2 children went to see this pantomime and we had a great time. The theatre is lovely. The pantomime was very good and the role of Snow White was played by a young lady who was perfect for the part. She looked lovely and her voice was very powerful. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed it too, loving the... More
