Owner description: Come visit us in our own home at The Lansdowne Hotel, a beautiful 18th century town house in Dublin and experience the very best of Irish music, dancing and fine food! The Irish House Party combines all the singing and dancing of a traditional Irish house party with a Dinner and Theatre experience. House guests are entertained by All Ireland Champion musicians and dancers but also learn about Irish music, dance and culture in a fun way. First our guests enjoy a delicious three course dinner in The Irish House Party Pub. Our restaurant offers Irish home style cooking with big flavoured traditional dishes. There is a full bar available selling a wide range of beverages. We also have an extensive wine list. After your dinner the host brings you into the parlor room for The Irish House Party show. Our venue creates an intimate and personal atmosphere where guests can meet and talk with the musicians and maybe even perform something themselves! I booked a reservation for my fiancé and I, for a saturday night. Maybe because it was the end of october, there were no more than 30 people. For 45€, we had a 3 course meal and a show. The food was really tasty, I had beef in a guiness sauce which I recommend, it was yummy! The, we went... More

This was booked as a surprise by my girlfriend for my 30th during our trip to Dublin. It was a truly authentic experience and I didn't want it to end! A member of the band greeted us as we entered the Lansdowne Hotel then we were seated for our delicious 3 course meal...each dish was cooked to perfection. Then we... More

This event was unbelieveably great! In fact, the last sentence is an understatement as I'm having trouble articulating exactly how good it was. We were made to feel so very welcome at the Landsdowne. The host worked the room like a Trojan. We arrived early, so went downstairs to the 'local' and inbibed a Guinness for me, and a very... More

Going to the Irish House Party has been one of the very best things we have done visiting Dublin. We attended the show only, no dinner, but the show itself is absolutely worth going for. All performers are highly skilled and they all made it a fantastic evening. We will be happy to come back at a later time.

Celebrated my husband's 60th birthday enjoying dinner and the best musicians at the Irish House Party. The music was fabulous and Fiona's dancing was incredible. Definitely a must-see show. Makes me wish I was Irish!

Took my mom to the House Party on our first night in Dublin. It hit the mark with the food, the atmosphere, the dinner companions and the show. The smile on my mom's face throughout the show was priceless! Declan & crew were amazing. They got the audience involved and entertained us. After the show Fiona let my mom pose... More

We had a great night of musical entertainment. They played many different instruments and even did some Irish dancing. As with most attractions, it was also very informative but in a fun and entertaining way.

We did the Bike Tour and House Party package. The House Party was OK. It has a great meal as part of the package, and the music was OK.

If you are going to be in Dublin you really should attend The Irish House Party. The food was very good and the show was excellent. I'm still singing 'The Wild Rover' after almost three weeks. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Started in a separate dining area in a historic hotel. It was more relaxed as we were seated in different alcoves, and not with the masses. It made for a more intimate dinner before the show. The meal was traditional type Irish fare that was well presented and quite tasty. We were then told when it was time to go... More
