Come visit us in our own home at The Lansdowne Hotel, a beautiful 18th century town house in Dublin and experience the very best of Irish music, dancing and fine food! The Irish House Party combines all the singing and dancing of a traditional Irish house party with a Dinner and Theatre experience. House guests are entertained by All Ireland Champion musicians and dancers but also learn about Irish music, dance and culture in a fun way. First our guests enjoy a delicious three course dinner in The Irish House Party Pub. Our restaurant offers Irish home style cooking with big flavoured traditional dishes. There is a full bar available selling a wide range of beverages. We also have an extensive wine list. After your dinner the host brings you into the parlor room for The Irish House Party show. Our venue creates an intimate and personal atmosphere where guests can meet and talk with the musicians and maybe even perform something themselves! A reservation is required for our show and private group bookings can be arranged for any day and time convenient to your group.

A friend of mine and I only went to the show, so we cannot judge the dinner, however, it is great that you actually have the choice to go to either dinner and show or just the show. We were grateful for that, since we are poor students ;) The show was lovely, very entertaining and warm-hearted with a lot... More

We booked this event back in November for May and quickly received confirmation. On the day of our booking it happened to be raining so we returned to our hotel around 4 pm to get dry before going out to the show. I happened to check my emails and found an email sent around 11 am that the event was... More

Having viewed clips of performances on their website, I'd expected a larger group of musicians. There were just 3 musicians, and one was also the dancer in the group. Surprisingly, those 3 delivered everything we could have wanted. They played, sang, danced, and their wonderful wit was sprinkled throughout the evening. They were all extremely talented! When the evening was... More

It was so much fun. A very small venue with really good music... Very old school Irish it's a must see in Dublin. Can't wait to see where they are playing in the states

We went along and thoroughly enjoyed this event. We had the meal also, nice food but the musicians made the evening with there charm and wit and brilliant music and folklore stories. Also you have to mix with other folk and participate, if you are happy to do those things you will enjoy. Good fun and laughter.

I went to the dinner and show option recently to try and get a taste of some Irish music that was a bit less kitschy. The show was excellent, a wide variety of songs with explanations about the various Irish instruments and dances. The food was ok but could have been better.

Great night had by all of our group of 16 ladies. We had a lovely 3 course dinner first and then moved in to the "theatre" for the show. It was a great mix of getting the audience involved in singing, together with learning about traditional music and dancing. Great night out and good value for money.

This is a show not a session & all the better for it. It's an evening of music, dance & humour. Great.

Enjoyable night. We sat with a famiy at our table we had never met, and it turned out the couple and their daughter were very nice and we enjoyed laughter and conversation with them. It took a while for our food to come out but the atmosphere was great and our server Ann Marie was attentive. The food was ok.... More
