I absolutely loved that we did this. We had such a great time and enjoyed great food. Our dancer was a little late to the show (not her fault, she had a fender bender on the way in) but it didn't matter too much. We loved it. It was a little hot in the building but also not a big... More

One of my disappointments in visiting Ireland has been the difficulty finding craic that my small child can also enjoy since most pubs don't start live music until after the hour when children are prohibited, and The Irish House Party solved that problem. We booked tickets online and caught a taxi to the hotel and were quickly escorted to the... More

Definitely and experience not to be missed before you leave Dublin. In the Basement of the Lansdowne Hotel the music comes alive with both traditional and quirky songs. As far as I am aware the musicians change regularly between shows however I am sure all will be a really high quality. We had a muscian who sang some rhianna and... More

We arrived for the dinner before the House Party began. Ann Marie met us, welcomed us in, and made us feel like we were a part of things from the start. She is the hotel's best surprise because she has an lovely spirit about her that somehow had all of us enjoying each other like old friends. We met people... More

In May 2012 we saw The Irish House Party and were blown away! The musicians were not only excellent, but extremely engaging, telling stories about their instruments and songs. We learned a lot but overall had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the music. When we returned in March 2014, we had the opportunity to see them again at The... More

I brought 16 European colleagues for dinner and an evening of song and dance. Everyone had a really great time, the highlight of the night was certainly the entertainment. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has to hosting overseas guests, great fun, great music and great value.

We had a lovely meal at the Lansdowne Hotel, followed by Irish music and dancing. The food was traditionally Irish and the staff attentive, it was delicious. This was followed by The Irish Dance Party, who were wonderful, entertaining, added comedy and clearly love what they do. A great evening, highly recommended!

We went to the Landsdowne hotel for a night with the Irish house party & loved it! It was St Patricks weekend & we brought a party of 12 teenagers with us. It was a great success. The teens ate everything as did we. The food was delicious, carefully cooked and plentiful. The trad music after was really fantastic &... More

I write this as I sit here at the landsdowne hotel. We arrived early for dinner before the show. We sat at our table for close to an hour before anyone came over to ask us if we needed a drink....even as other tables were getting a second round. Actually, I had to stop a waitress to request our order...they... More

We booked this package after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. The venue has changed to the Lansdowne hotel, and I'm guessing we were the first at the new venue. It certainly felt like that in the Landsdowne Hotel. We were sat for our meal on a high table next to the bar, after another family had been evicted from it... More
