Venue above a pub - where the music was good too. Food was just like the food I used to get at boarding school - wholesome enough but nothing special. While in Dublin we were thinking what to do in the evening and found the Irish House Party rated on tripadvisor. So we decided going there in the evening. I wanted to show a piece of Irish music and dancing to my friend visiting from afar. It was nice evening, good music, well organised, if anything I missed a bit more Irish dancing! I was at IHP last May with my two daughters, and was a bit disappointed. Maybe because so many reviewers here were so exstatic and my expectations were too high?
