Met at the Dublin Bus office 59 Upper O'Connell St. Our guide Pauline was a wealth of knowledge and on our two hour walk gave us a brief history of Dublin and its people visiting the Post Office, Church Bar, Temple Bar and Trinity college but to name just a few of the interesting places each with a tale to... There are 2 things my husband & I always do when visiting a new city - we go on a hop-on-hop-off bus so we can get to know the layout of the place & we go on a walking tour as you are always shown places you would never find on your own & you learn really interesting things at... More

Great way to view the city in a way you would not be able to do alone. Our guide, Gerry, was full of information and interesting local facts. We had this free from our bus tour and didn't realise it was a €10 tour and really impressed that we got it free! Gerry was very friendly and kept spirits high... More

Our guide Brendan was excellent. Good historical background and humour as the group walked though some parts of the city that are easily ignored. Would recommend the tour without hesitation. Helen

We took the main 11am tour which is two hours long and amazingly is free with a hop-on-hop-off bus ticket. Thank you so much to Brendan for guiding us through the busy streets of Dublin in the drizzling, dripping and at times teeming, rain. :-) Brendan was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Highly recommended. If we were staying longer, I'd definitely... More

We took the "Best of Dublin" tour. It was good. We saw sites we could have almost walked by and missed. It's worth it. Do it.

A totally fascinating two hour tour of many of the sights of central Dublin. Packed with stories and fun for our brilliant guide, we were enthralled and entertained throughout, while getting some great history thrown in. Included Trinity College, Dublin Castle and lots of fascinating street corners, Viking history etc. Brilliant... A must!

Been on this tour today, the tour guide was Gerry. What a great tour it was, excellent background on history, and nice spots to visit. Today was Temple Bar street food market, and we went through it.

These are well planned, inclusive and interesting tours. It would take you a long time to organise it yourself in terms of getting the information, but the real plus is the human element and the ability of the guide to bring the story to life and answer questions. Our guide,Cian was excellent. He was clear, interesting, loud in a good way, and friendly.I... Don't go to Dublin without booking a walking tour! You will learn so much about the history, geography and what used to be where you are currently standing. Well worth it!
