Just finished this walking tour and are now sat in the Bull and Castle (FX Buckley steakhouse) eating lunch where John the fabulously entertaining guide recommended. Great history, good first tours list thing to do in Dublin .

We were absolutely delighted to be a part of Sylvie's group for the Dublin walking tour. She was as interested in sharing her vast knowledge of historical places and events as we were in listening to her every word! She made the prominent characters of the past come alive as we walked through the streets, from Trinity College to Dublin... More

The two and a half hour tour led by Sylvie was informative, entertaining and captivating. She is an awesome teacher whose history class I would love to attend. We received a great history of Ireland and well as of Dublin. The price of 12€ was more than fair!

I'm not a big museum guy or history guy but this walking tour was a wonderful way to learn about the city's history. My wife and I met the guide at Trinity College and we had a group of about 12 people. The guide had a PHD in history and to say he knew his Irish history would be an... More

Arriving at the entrance to Trinity College, we met our very friendly and humorous guide! The tour went for approximately 3 hours and took in a number of historical sites. A great way to see Dublin and learn a lot as well. A thoroughly enjoyable time.

What a great way to get to know the history of Dublin! We met our guide at Trinity College and then spent the next several hours with him, walking the streets of Dublin, learning the city's history and beginning to understand the importance of Dublin in the fight for the Republic! Our guide was so knowledgeable and so enjoyable, that... More

I traveled to Ireland with 6 friends and we took this walking tour on our first day. Our guide, and he was easy to understand, funny and knew the history of the city very well. /this toye was a great introduction, not only to Dublin, but to Ireland itself.

You'll hit all the spots you'd expect. The price isn't too much. But it didn't wow me. Maybe it was the comparative lack of colorful stories about what we saw compared to a blizzard of facts deluged upon us (dates, names, numbers). Maybe it was the tour going over by more than hour.

it was extremely interesting to put some of the sights and landmarks of Dublin into a historical context. Tommy Graham was amusing as well as informative. Great way to pass a couple of hours and work up a thirst.
