We had a table at the upper floor, Wanted a beer and some food. We asked for one of the months beers, but it was sold out told the waitress. There was lot of options at their beer card - lot of beer, so no problem to get someother exiting beer... We had food also - dissapointing... The ribs was... More

great atmosphere here. Massive selection of beers and whisky to choose from. Staff very helpful despite being extremely busy. Would recommend. Didn't eat here but the food looked very good.

We came here for dinner one night, and again for just for drinks another night. It does get very busy, but if you can manage to find a seat then it's definitely worth a visit. Great beers on offer, & particularly liked the porterhouse Red. Food was reasonably priced (around 12Euro for each of our meals), and good quality pub... More

If you like taste different kinds of beer, this is the place! They made the beer into the restaurant. Because this, the beer is always fresh. They have more than 8 kind of beer. If I can advise you, order the "3 small glasses" pack. You can choose 3 of then and with three packs you can taste all their... More

The food itself is quite good. I had the veggie burger and my wife had the veggie lasagne which we both enjoyed. We also shared some onion rings which were also very good. The lists of beers are fantastic but can be a little over bearing if you can't make your mind up. They did however serve wyldwood cider which... More

I stopped for dinner one night while walking past and knew of the Porterhouse from pre-trip planning and while the selection of beer was impressive while the food was less so. I wound up dining alone and found a top floor table under a stairwell with my back to the room that while less than ideal was okay. The wait... More

Guinness beef stew was more like a chunks of beef and veggies floating in bowl of warm water. meat pie was burnt around the edges, and the veggies from the chicken were horribly undercooked. only reason I gave the place 3 stars was because they at least had a decent beer menu.. too bad their own micro-brew isn't among the... This quickly turned into our go-to pub during our Dublin vacation. Clean, friendly, great beer selection and wonderful food. It was also very central to many other activities and attractions in the heart of Dublin.

If I hear one more bad rendition of Christy Moore's - Ride On - I will scream.... Dublin's Temple Bar is full of terrible cliches...but this place is an authentic gem. Proper Irish folk the night we where in (Banjo, Flute and Guitar - no amps...). Fantastic stuff very authentic. Although the Banjo player looked creepily like a black haired... More
