The tour starts at Trinity College where your guide will transport you back some 600 years ago to when the old Augustinian Priory and of course the plague house were there. But just ignore the coughing and listen to his tales of a plague-ravaged Dublin as we explore the weird and wonderful events that have taken place in times gone by, unearthing legends and ghosts from Dublin's past. « less

I cant say enough about this tour...i have done it twice now and even though i know whats coming i still cant stop screaming or laughing :)The actors are amazing and although our group were highly distracting due to our rather loud neon outfits they still managed to keep their composure and deliver another outstanding performance :) this is the... Traveling with teenagers they often get bored with the same old guided tour. This provided the history but in a format that got my daughters to engage. The guides quickly figured out what would make them scream or laugh and played it up big time. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Myself and 2 friends decided to go on the gravedigger tour after missing it during out last visit. I could not recommend it enough, the 2 actors Shane and Aiden were a great laugh and really approachable for any questions we had. Whilst on the bus, it was made really exciting as they interacted with the group whilst telling the... More

My husband and I were in Ireland for a week and on a whim we decided to give this tour a try. The actors are super funny and give a great show. I love that they broke character to crack jokes and that they didn't take themselves so seriously. The tour provides a good series of folk tales and ends... More

I decided to go on this tour with my brother as the itinerary looked really promising. It was quite a let down when I discovered that all the stops listed where only stop and go. It was 2 hours of going around with the bus, listening to stories, dropping off in front of places and getting on the bus again.... More

How much fun can touring the city in a blinded bus be? If you take the perfect actors, pick just a few good stops and create a wonderful story, it will surprise you! Sure this is not a historically over-correct tour and is not for the ghost-chasers. But gosh, it sure was fun!

Once again, The Gravedigger Bus Tour proved to be a fabulous night in Dublin!! We had a group representing teens all the way up to seniors and everyone loved the tour. Shane, our tour guide was FANTASTIC!! He brought so much life, humor and personality to the already fascinating stories surrounding some interesting places in Dublin. There was a bit... More

Absolutely loved it! The bus is done out in suitably macabre decor. It leaves from College Green, just across the road from Trinity, which is a very convenient location. The actors were brilliant: funny, informative, enthusiastic and just the right level of scary. They actually seemed to enjoy the bit of banter that went on between them and the passengers.... More

I am one of those people who have "been there, done that" so I was not expecting much on this tour. How WRONG I was! It was so much fun, I actually SCREAMED at the top of my lungs many times! The " zombie guide" was so good- it was like being in the bus with Jim Carrey! We also... More

This tour was one of the best ! the guides were fantastic with great stories from the murky Irish past, very entertaining throughout. The Bus is blackened out and we all sat upstairs, on moving from one area to another we were entertained with stories and revolting facts, as we arrived at different locations we got off the bus (beware...
