I've been here twice now. Once for a sing along for my two year old child at Christmas, and today for a musical on Brian Boru. They really are excellent. Very decent value too. Highly recommend checking out if you want to keep the kid entertained for an hour or two and they have something that sounds good on.

The Ark is a go to location for our family. We have been to the Circus workshop, free art classes during the Secret of Kells exhibition and the Teddy Bear exhibition. Fantastic value for money. Great for children under 12. Would recommend this for families. The staff are always helpful and engaging.

We had the pleasure to be part of the teddy bear exhibition at the Ark. What a fantastic place in the heart of Dublin with friendly and accommodating staff and devoted volunteers. We were holding Build Your Bear workshops and had such a pleasurable experience with children and families. Some people even took part both days and told us that... More

Visited the Teddy Bear exhibition at the Ark and had a lovely day out with my two children, aged 7 & 10. There was enough to keep their attention but not requiring them to sit still and pay attention for periods of time. Plenty of stops for colouring in, listening to stories or learning about real life bears too. The... More

We brought our 7yr and 8yr old to the circus themed experience in August. They certainly enjoyed it but while the two actors were good, they lacked a little energy and when working with a small group of 10, it neede a little extra to lift it. It seemed they were simply going through the paces. We were shown into... More

Last Sunday I brought my daughter to the circus experience running at The Ark this month. It was the first time I visited this attraction. It was excellent on every level. Firstly it is incredibly easy to use their website to book tickets and everything was very clear about where to go and what time to be there etc. When... More

Spent a couple of hours at the Ark today, fab! We were at a workshop and the kids (4 & 7) really enjoyed it. It was pitched totally at their level, the staff were so enthusiastic and accommodating. I also had a 2 yr old with me and he was made most welcome. Not at all glam or flashy, but... More

My children really enjoyed this day out. Plenty to see and do and lots to learn. A great craft room, where they could have played happily all day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I visited the Ark yesterday with my 5, 4 and 1 yr old. We spent three hours and the time flew. The current exhibition is breath.taking. Almost everything can be touched and felt which adds so much for young children while making the venue ideal when you need to bring a toddler. We could easily have spent longer and it's... More

We have bought our kids here a number of times and it has always been a big hit with both the kids and the parents. I hope that it continues to survive, (I believe funding is a constant issue).
