The bus drivers were very informative about the city. Each driver had there own touch of humour to the tour. Busses ran every 10mins all day. Don't catch the red city bus 😉

I would recommend the green hop on and hop off bus especially when it is the live commentary it takes you to all the areas of interest in and around Dublin but the best part is all the little bits of information you find out from the driver this makes the experience all the better

100% recommend. What a laugh, and the 3 day freedom pass is definitely worth the money. Covers plenty of stops, with the Guinness Storehouse and Kilmainham jail near the end, its a great laugh and time flies by with the drivers either joking about or giving a good history of the areas you pass!

Taking the tour is a great way to start your visit to Dublin, you get a great overview of the city and its history, helps you get your bearings. The Docklands tour was not that interesting, but it was nice to take a break off our feet and see that part of the city. All of our bus tour drivers... More

We took the tour - went around the city a first time with audio commentary. Then a second time with the intention of getting off at certain interesting stops. Really enjoyed the tour - 90 minutes to see some very nice places. The "live" commentary from driver was very interesting - adding bits of interesting facts... Our driver "Johnny Me"... More

If you are in Dublin for just a day - it's worth taking this Hop-on-Hop-off tour. Buses leave from the centre of the city - - it takes about an hour and a half to cover all the sights, if you don't get off anywhere. Both live and recorded commentary is available depending on which bus you board. The driver-guides... More

Despite the weather not being great we still managed to get upstairs on the open top buses. The drivers were excellent, so funny and really knowledgeable. The buses were very frequent so no problem with getting off the bus to visit different locations and then catching another. Very entertaining. Highly recommended. We also did the day trip to Powerscourt and... More

Martin Doherty, our driver was wonderful! He never stopped teaching about his beautiful country. with song and verse and tale he was a delight! We did three days on and off this bus and could have done more. Wonderful way to learn the area and people and history!

My family and I were passing through Dublin for a couple of days and decided that a bus tour would be the best way to get around Dublin and I can honestly say that this is the best bus tour we've ever been on. We've been to several different cities with bus tours and done most of them, but Dublin's... More

Great tour and beautiful sites, made all the more exciting by Dave Gilmore's presentation and humor. I realize it's studied but his flow and demeanor were excellent.
