Its Hurling, a unique Irish Game. I am not going to expand too much on this but do not miss it if you like sports or just entertainment. The all Ireland Hurling Final is on next Sunday Sept 6th. Minor at 1.30 Senior at 3.30 pm GMT It has obviously been sold out a long time so tickets would only... More

The game of Hurling is a most exhilarating sport. The skill of the players is amazing. To watch them dribble the Sliotar (Ball) and bounce it on their Camans (Hurley Stick) whilst haring down the pitch towards the goal mouth to score a point or attempt a goal whilst being tackled by the opposition is amazing. This is a sport... More

An experience not to be miss. The skill and pace unalike any other sport. Truely an Irish experience. Tickets for All Ireland matches very hard to get. But you can still savour the excitement of the game in one of the local pubs like The Big Tree where it is shown in live TV. Not to be missed.

Played Handball, Gaelic Football and Hurling for the first time. Nice run through of the history of the sports too. The Bainisteoir said I might be good enough to play for the club someday too :P

If you are thinking of doing it you should 1000% We had such a blast! It was only our family (7 and 10 year old boys) and we really enjoyed learning all about the history and how to play the games. It is amazing how patient they were and how they didn't laugh at us! They could not have been... More

Such a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility is well maintained. The instructors organize handball, gaelic football, and hurling. You learn the rules and moves, practice, and play against other people. Any number of people and skill level is welcomed. It's about a 10 minute bus ride from Dublin City Centre, I would recommend trying to catch a... More

Experience Gaelic Games enabled us to learn the basic elements of the various games and then actually use them in a game situation suited to the various abilities of a very mixed crowd. Trainers Ryan and Fergie were patient and attentive teachers making sure that everyone felt involved and engaged. Having had this experience enabled us to make a visit... More

The whole family had a great time learning about and playing handball, Gaelic football, and hurling. It gave us insight into both Irish history and culture and the games. It definitely enhanced our enjoyment of the semifinal hurling match we watched in Croke Park.

We (my husband, myself and 3 teenage daughters) arrived in Dublin from the states at 8:00am and went directly to Experience Gaelic Games. We were grouped with other families and groups of people of all athletic abilities. No matter what everyone's abilities were (athletic or not, competitive or not, etc), everyone had a blast. We loved learning about the Irish... More
