I wanted to do the free tour with an English tour guide, I believe it's more authentic and after 20 days in Spain I didn't feel like listening to any more Spanish people, but the tour guide told me that it wasn´t an English Lesson and some other unpleasant comments. After that conversation, I didn't feel like explaining that I... More

I had been on a walking tour with Sandemans before in Edinburgh and I had absolutely loved it. So i thought that booking a tour in Dublin was the right thing to do if i wanted to see most of the city and hear about Ireland's history. Well I wasn't disappointed! Conor was incredible. He was funny, passionate and really... More

Went on the Howth walking tour the other day. Our guide, John, was absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable, helpful and great to talk with! Prepare to walk A LOT. Be also prepared for some great views of Howth!

I really do appreciate the willingness of our guide Patrick (a nice guy from Cork) in bringing us inside "his view" of Dublin and Irish culture and the extra time he spent to let us end the walk in St. Stephen Green Park despite the bad weather. But for me the tour was too long (a bit more than 3... More

Nothing is really free this days and specially this tours. At the end you are asked to pay a contribution and you look like a real jerk if you don't pay. On the otherside, cause there are so many participants you are not allowed to ask any questions and when you manage to make one you realize that if you... More

I had Conor as my guide. He spoke a mile a minute with an energy unrivaled by most people I've ever met. From the first moment as we stopped outside the Dublin Castle, I thought, "Well, I'm going to learn A LOT if he talks this fast." (Unfortunately, however, as wonderful as he was and despite how fun the tour... More

Each tour was really informative, educational and entertaining. I cannot say enough how professional the tour guides are and how much effort they put into their tours. The free city tour is a great way to get a feel for the city and the history ---big thank you to Brian who really went the extra-mile to bring the history to... More

We participated in the tour led by Carl (also Carlito or Carlos ;)) on August 31. It was great!! Lots of interesting stories and a good insight into Irish culture. Facts were presented in an easy-to-understand manner and I feel I learned a lot. Thank you for this awesome tour!! I can only recommend :)
