Description: The Irish Dance Party features some of Dublin's funniest and most talented...
The Irish Dance Party features some of Dublin's funniest and most talented musicians as well as incredible dancers who not only perform for the audience but will teach everyone some steps! The event lasts for approx 2 hours. The Musician will host and MC the event, singing Irish songs and playing Irish instruments, explaining the history of the songs, music, instruments, dances etc in a fun and humorous way. There are also world class, ex-Riverdance Irish Dancers who will give dance performances for the group and also teach the group 3 Irish Dances which last for 20minutes, 20 minutes and 10 minutes respectively.

Great fun to do on a hen party!

There was 21 of us girls and we all had the best time. We loved being taught the dances, watching the amazing 2 girls dancing and listening to the great live Irish music. We made... read more

Musicians and dancers were both excellent. Lots of fun as party of a hen weekend. It was quite warm inside but fortunately we were near to a door which let a breeze through. Would definitely recommend as an activity on a hen weekend, birthday or just something different on a trip to Dublin.

There was 21 of us girls and we all had the best time. We loved being taught the dances, watching the amazing 2 girls dancing and listening to the great live Irish music. We made sure we kept our drinks topped up and even did some ad-hoc dancing in between sets! I would definitely recommend this for a hen do... More

If you are expecting lots of dancing then please be aware that you are only taught 3 dances and you need to wait when the other groups do their dances. So in a 2 hour "dance" event, you are only on the dance floor for around 15-20 minutes. There were too many people attending. They should limit the numbers so... More

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review us. Firstly I would like to say that it clearly states on our website that we teach 3 Irish Dances. This is what we have offered since the event was first created 7 years ago. Sometimes we like to divide the group in to smaller groups at the start to ensure... More

We went as a 3-generation family group on a Saturday afternoon. The youngest was 5, the oldest, 82. We were with a few hen parties and everyone had a great laugh. The music and dancing was very good and everyone enjoyed themselves, including the guys. It's quite warm, so dress in layers! Well done to all for a great show.

I booked this experience as part of my sister's hen weekend and it was AMAZING! There were more groups there than we had anticipated but we were all involved (an area at a time) and learnt some of the basic moves very quickly. We had a great time and a great laugh too. We were all buzzing by the end... More

We had a brilliant day on Saturday. We laughed so much and it was the perfect start to my hen do. Would 1000% recommend this to anyone and will definitely do it again in the future.

This is the second year I've brought a group to Irish Dance party and yet again we had a fantastic time. We (IAESTE Ireland) are a cultural exchange program for technical students in 3rd level education, each year we run a cultural program for our incoming students and Irish Dance Party is one of the highlights of our Dublin weekend....
