For anyone visiting the Dublin area and wants to get out of the city for a day trip to see some of Ireland's spectacular natural beauty, this is an excellent option. The tour takes you south of Dublin through the Wicklow mountains with several interesting stops. The longest stop and highlight of the tour is at the early medieval monastic... More

We took the Gray Line to the Hill of Tara, Newgrange and Howth. Our driver, Michael Ryan, was absolutely fantastic. He got us everywhere on time and with good cheer. His animated commentary about all manner of historical facts along the way made the ride fly by.

It went way over my expectations. I'm very happy I did this tour to Newgrange, Tara and Howth. Expert driver who also was the guide of the tour (Michael Ryan). He made the daytrip a fabulous experience. We had lots of fun and learned details you can't find on any guide book. An unforgetable day. I would strongly recommend it... More

My friend and I decided to do some sightseeing while we were in Dublin; as someone who has been to Dublin regularly visiting family and friends and grown up hearing the history I had quite low expectations of the night tour; our tour guide was Sean he was very friendly and informative and took a more personal approach with the... Great combination of sites in a one day tour; although, personally, I would have preferred to go to Monasterboice vs the Hill of Tara ..... but to some degree Hill of Tara makes more sense. And, the stop in Howth was long enough to be able to walk along the port and get a flair for the town. Harry was... More

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a fabulous time during these 2 trips - Eoin was the driver/guide for the Newgrange tour and Harry, the Wicklow tour. Both were very good guides and full of knowledge about the history etc about the various places that we visited as well as along the way. Of course both were... More

We have booked a tour of Dublin through the company Dualway Coaches , the tour was perfect thanks to the contribution of the guide by the name of Oin who was an exceptional good guide. Oin is a most professional guide as well as a very nice person. All along our tour which was 7 hours long he made us... More

Several points; First, we got a small bus, 34 seater, which made for a much better tour all round, the larger the bus the slower the on/ off so we got more picture stops for longer Second, the drivers dialogue is a good historical commentary and well researched Third, the stop for morning tea was excellent, well timed with a... I went to Newgrange and Hill of Tara with Michael, and he was an excellent guide! Totally recommend it! The places are amazing, that can't be described. Michael told us about Ireland's history and some curiosities, he's a very funny guy!

I took this tour and just after 10 minutes I was on I started to be very disappointed. A very bad disorganisation in the morning for picking people up. On my tour we were 70 people divided in 2 buses, quite too many people for a tour and that really ruined the day. Too many people while some of them... More

Dear Ella, It is normal for us to sent out 2 buses on the tour as at weekends it can be very busy in the city. We have split the group into 35 and 40 on the day in question and the feedback was all positive. On some occasions, some of our stops are not accessible and we always offer... More
