We really enjoyed the tour through the Wicklow Mountains to Glendalough and oud tour guide John made it even more delightful. His personal approach to every single participant of this tour was really amazing. He made beautiful pictures of every couple, family and friends! Me and my girlfriend have really fallen in love with Ireland during this tour, so thank... More

The highligt of our (first but not last) stay in Dublin; excellent weather and a fantastic guide/driver (John). Passionate about his land, his town & surroundings, music and... his mother-in-law...a pity we sometimes had to wait in the bus for people who arrived too late at the appointed hour, but anyway, a marvellous experience!

First things first, John is an awesome tour guide, if it wasn't for him i would have been bored to death. The scenery was awesome for the first 2 hours then i was done looking at the same green hill for the next 3 hours. The monastery was pretty interesting though, and the shop that you stop for tee was... More

I'm from Chicago (USA). I am a college student. I found this tour on here and went with my aunt. It was beautiful. Our tour guide, Nial (hope I got that right), was awesome. Never have I ever been able to take a shot of Whiskey on a tour. That would never happen in America. So that was something special.... More

If you are looking to do something not too far from Dublin but want to get that Irish landscape experience, this tour is it. The tour guide who happened to be the driver too was an experienced, entertaining and kind man, in that very Irish way. The stops are great giving you the full view of the varied landscape, the... Definitely need to add this to your TO DO list while in Dublin. Our guide, John kept us entertained and informed the entire time. After stops at Sandycove and the Avoca Handweavers, we were treated to some spectacular scenery in the Wicklow Mountains, including the upper and lower lough tays and the P.S. I Love You bridge. After lunch at... More

The scenery is stunning, of course, but what made the tour shine was our guide, John. He has a scholar's knowledge and passion for Irish history combined with a gift for story-telling. For me, Glendalough was the high point of the tour, but there's really no low point--Enniskerry is a beautiful town and the gardens at Powerscourt are among the... More

My ten year old daughter was the youngest on the trip. Some of the history lessons went over her head but she enjoyed the scenery. I hoped the stop at the weavers would actually include some people weaving things. Nope. It was a shopping stop and we got to grab a snack and some tea. This place was a retail... More

Our driver, Joe, helped make this a lovely day. Our pick-up was in Dalkey - right on time. He was courteous, friendly and informative. All the stops were interesting - especially Glendalough. Would recommend this tour to anyone who would like a stress-free way of travelling into the Wicklow Mountains for spectacular views of the landscape here. Enjoyed the whole... More
