Okay if you're squeamish about seeing loads of animal parts, DO NOT go to the English Market. If you can handle seeing enough animal parts to reconstruct a barnyard, the English Market is fascinating. Cork's English Market is one of its principal visitor attractions, and not just for the shopping. It is a large covered market, centrally located, mainly devoted to food.
