We spent 6 days walking the Beara way. The trip was well organized and the directions were very clear. The trails were well marked and each little village along the rout had unique character. Every B&B was clean with a warm, welcoming host. The views of the hills and ocean were stunning and we were fortunate to have clear weather... More

We did the Dingle way walk in the Dingle Peninsula. The reps were very good at answering my many many questions as I set up the hiking trip. The maps and walking instructions were good combined together to help navigate you through the hike. The trail is also very well marked. My only suggestion would be fore the walking tour... More

Hillwalk Ireland organized a 5 day hike along the dingle way on the dingle peninsula for myself and my two younger siblings. We did spring break the Irish way! Everything about the walk and the bed and breakfasts we stayed along the way was amazing. The pictures were amazing but they didn't even do it justice. The hospitality of all... More

We were a group of 4, walking for the first time in Ireland. We had chosen the Connemara and contracted our week with Hillwalk Ireland. The weather and landscapes were splendid, and so was the Hillwalk Ireland organisation. We are used to enjoy similar self guidedwalking tours in France, Italy and Spain. Hillwalk Ireland is certainly one of the best... More

Me and my friend walked the Dingle Way. We started in Anascaul and ended in Camp six day's later. All the B&B's on our way were excellent booked and our luggage always there. Sometimes even in the room. We were lucky to have no rain this week. The trails were all days very different. But what always was there the beautiful... More

In early September, four of us (two couples) did the 7 day Dingle walk in 10 days. The extra rest days allowed us a chance to check out the area, and truly make it a holiday. Hillwalk Ireland did a great job in planning, and it was flawless. Accommodations exceeded our expectations, and the B and B hosts were all... More

I went to Ireland to hike with a friend who had contracted with Hillwalk Ireland. We decided to hike the peaceful Sheepshead Peninsula in the country's southwest. It was wonderful, and I would recommend this hike and Hillwalk Ireland to anyone interested in this kind of a vacation. The communications with and advice to participants before the hike, the accommodations... More

I was looking to do a long distance walk in Ireland. I love walking and I had done two previous long distnance walks in England and Scotland. Since my family was from Northern Ireland I thought it would be great idea to do my first walk in Ireland in Northern Ireland. There are two long distance trails are in Northern... More

Very lovely walking holiday. We booked the 8-day Wicklow Way, gentle hiking level. Our trip was very well organised. We received detailed maps, a typed day to day description of our walk and a personal itinerary for every guesthouse a month beforehand. Every contact with the agency beforehand was prompt and all questions were answered with great friendliness. The wicklow... More

September 2012:This was our first 4- day walking tour but certainly not the last one. We had a wonderful period in the hills of Kerry and enjoyed from the beautiful views and the great hospitality from our hosts. Some days we hardly see anybody and we only were surrounded by sheep. A very good way of getting free from all... More
