or what we were looking for. It was recommended as the most beautiful place in all of Scotland by a local. Incredible and unusual "mounds" and a walking path following a stream was lovely once you got past the stinky farm at the end of the road! Beautiful waterfalls are seen in the distance.

beautiful natural setting, a hidden treasure, got directions from tourist information in portree. Was awkward to get to as single lane around a cliff and hard to reverse back if you come head to head with another vehicle (!) but definately worth the trip. the sheep are fab esp the lambs, my son called it 'sheep glen'. a stunning place!

After finding our way out here, we were amazed by this place! You have to travel a little away from the road to find the area. Just head up and around the big hill top rock (Castle Ewan) up above you and you'll find it. It looks like a tough climb to get to the top when you first get... More

Explored again for the second time, and helped to remove some of the many rocks placed all over the grazing plateau by previous visitors. Nature doesn't need any assistance in prettifying this wonderful place.

Really worth a trip to see the 'faerie' hills as so unusual. Certainly a hidden treasure as not very well signposted although well marked on the Northern Skye OS map. You wander up the small hills if you want to or just take an amble down the lane either way its magical. Kids will love it!

This hidden treasure still retains some magic from days gone by. One of the most interesting, beautiful places in the world. Don't miss it.

Lovely little glen with interesting scenery not seen anywhere else on Skye - definitely feels 'magical' and a bit special. There are lots of stones that people have made into designs and circles and a lovely little waterfall close by. You can walk up onto the hills with the sheep for some lovely views over the surrounding area

Don't leave the Isle of Skye without taking a stop here! This is a hidden treasure for couple of reason: 1. It's fantastic beautiful place! 2. It's really hard to find - no signs around 3. Romantic place There is unusual thing around this place. from nowhere, it seems a small area with a very different & special terrace. a... More

great hidden place for a day out for a picnic. the kids loved putting there mark here using the stones by putting their names. quite a steep climb and can be slippy on loose gravel in places if it has been dry weather. not many parking spots. but enjoyed the day
