Excellent for children

Grand kids like to come and use up all their energy and I can sit and watch. There is food on offer but can be rather expensive especially if buying a meal.

I came across Pirate Petes whilst on holiday and it was well worth the visit. The play area was brilliant, excellent layout for the under five area, and with only one way in and out, it is easy to keep track of your little ones. The larger area layout was great, plenty ways to go and great slides, I wish... More

Pirate Pete's has recently done a refurbishment for the eating area, it's great for the kids and the food is the usual fayre (nothing overtly healthy), but tasty and of course the kids will eat it, which is always a bonus. It's perfect for those miserable days, but when it's lovely weather it's better to venture outdoors and enjoy the... More

Its soft play. Busy and noisy and fun for the wee ones. Staff were busy and the venue was a bit dated.

I visited the pirate petes with my 20 month old daughter and was very disappointed. The play area itself seems very nice with lots of sections and activities for the children. There weren't any tables or chairs free but we were told that before we paid and we still chose to enter so that was fair enough. My daughter was... More

We apologise. We did have staff on the equipment. The day you visited was the busiest day since we opened in the year 2000. The environment when busy is not everyone's cup of tea as it is noisy and chaotic. Unfortunately that it is the nature of indoor plays when they are busy. We try our best to keep older... More

I take my grandchildren to Pirate.Pete's at least one day every week. Cannot speak highly enough of this venue. The venue is immaculately kept with friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. Good food, excellent safe play areas for all ages. Highly recommend.

I am actually writing this review from the place itself - I'm that impressed with it. Plus the free wifi is fantastic. What a find! We are in Ayr in holiday and bought a Groupon voucher for Pirate Petes Soft Play. It's fantastic! Huge soft play with stuff for all ages. There is currently 2 staff members dressed as Spider-Man... Visited here with our 1.5 year old on Saturday. She seemed to enjoy herself in the little section for kids her age but the place is admittedly more aimed at slightly older children than our own. The place is big for a soft play too, think our daughter will love it in a fee years time if we visit again.... More
