I take my grandchildren to Pirate.Pete's at least one day every week. Cannot speak highly enough of this venue. The venue is immaculately kept with friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. Good food, excellent safe play areas for all ages. Highly recommend.

I am actually writing this review from the place itself - I'm that impressed with it. Plus the free wifi is fantastic. What a find! We are in Ayr in holiday and bought a Groupon voucher for Pirate Petes Soft Play. It's fantastic! Huge soft play with stuff for all ages. There is currently 2 staff members dressed as Spider-Man... Visited here with our 1.5 year old on Saturday. She seemed to enjoy herself in the little section for kids her age but the place is admittedly more aimed at slightly older children than our own. The place is big for a soft play too, think our daughter will love it in a fee years time if we visit again.... More

Had a great afternoon at pirate Pete's - nice clean soft play and kids (age 6+7) really enjoyed themselves - caters for all ages which is good - had food as well and it was tasty plus they sell the best ice cream in Scotland !!

We held our daughters 5th birthday party at Pirate Petes at weekend and cant rate it highly enough. Party was excellent value for money, the staff were very friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend having a kids party there. £10 per child gets them entry a hot lunch, ice cream face painting, a disco and a visit from a... More

A good afternoon, food prices a little expensive but the play area is good. Spacious and brightly coloured keeps the kids happy and parents can enjoy some time to chat, not too noisy.

more recommended for older kids as my wee boy age 3 got lost a few times. Also limited play area for babies/toddlers which older kids can also access. Would recommend fro older kids maybe around 6/7. Food also quite dear. However, kids seem to have a ball.

The climbing frames and other facilities are a real attraction to children but the high entrance fees and the high cost of food and drink in the facility tend to make for an extremely expensive day out for a family.

Great for the kids.. but very cold. Do they have heating in here? Price changes every visit.. and the food isn't that great either.

Sorry that you feel this way. We have heating that keeps the building at a constant 21 celsius although it is a big building to heat. The price has not changed since 2009 but like all soft plays the price does change in the holidays. All our food is homemade and we continually recieve fantastic feedback so I am sorry... More

This is by far the best children's play area in Ayrshire. The food is fantastic. There was lots of choice for the kids in the play area and we were happy with the staffing support for the kids. I was surprised by how clean everything was. Play areas and their restaurants can be messy places, but the staff were on... More
