Didn't like it at all. Terrible service. The staff don't look after the kids when they are in the play area so a lot of bullying occurs. Food is poor. You would be better just going to the beach park

Came here on a busy Friday afternoon with my daughter (3) sister (10) & my gran. Was the first time I had visited so didn't know what to expect. Great softplay kids loved it. Friendly enough staff. Only bad thing was very expensive. Cost £10 to get in for 2 hours, £20.20 for 2 kids lunch boxes, a tuna sub... More

I took my 2 Grandsons here while on a short break I purchased the all day passes £15 each which give them unlimited games of mini golf, funfair rides, trampolining & the giant inflatable slide, Plus the 4 hours they spent in in door adventure play area, the elder grandson played football on the upper level for over a hour.... Attended during the September weekend so perhaps not the quietest of times! Opted for the £10 pass which allowed 2 hours soft play, 1 round of mini golf and 4 tokens for the outside rides. Didn't eat inside so cannot comment but did buy some candy floss on the way out. Kids loved the soft play and the fairground rides... More

Went here with the kids and they had a great time, particularly on the big blue slide. I struggled to find a seat whilst they were in the play area and finally got one in the diner area. I did have a couple of coffees, which were really nice, but felt there should maybe be more seats elsewhere with the... More

Take my 20 month old here. He enjoys it and tires him out. Good secure under 2 play area. He also loves bouncy castle. Only issues are everything feels quite grubby and always want to wash both our hands after touching equipment. Also older kids in younger ones areas that are too boisterous for younger ones.
