Took our two grandkids here during the school. We had Itison voucher, which included 18 holes of crazy golf(on site) and 4 amusement rides also on site and 2 hours in the soft play area. Kids had a great time. There are plenty of tables for adults to supervise the kids, on two levels. Food and drinks available at reasonable... More

Visited today with our kids and I have to say I have never been in a soft play like it! Far too many people in it...not enough tables. Staff need to learn to smile! And generally the place is grubby. Not a patch on it's nearest "rival"

We were Busy today when you came in. With the inclement weather and the summer holidays if you want somewhere quiet this soft play is not the place to go even with over 100 tables upstairs and downstairs (we are one of the biggest ) On the day you said our staff were not smiling we were complemented on three... This place is busy and a bit difficult to keep an eye on the kids, food service was slow, expensive but tasty. There seemed to be a lack of tables. All in all, exactly what you would expect from a play area in middle of summer on a rainy day.

We took our 6 year old and 10 month old for a couple of hours and both had a great time. Clean, tidy and safe to play. We ordered some desserts which were reasonably priced and the portion sizes were quite large which was good. Would definitely recommend visiting.

As soft play goes it is pretty big, plenty of slides and clean. The cafe offers healthy and plenty of choices which is more than most offer. Our 3 and half year old was thrilled with it, preferring the big section rather than the one for under 5s (there is also a separate baby section). We went at 11am on... More

Was really excited to go here after looking at the website but was a bit let down with the reality. It was quite cramped and oddly laid out. Half the game machines were out of order and the rest were all ticket machines for in house prizes. The diner was ok. Looked the business but I found the food a... More

Took our two boys, 8 & 11, here to wile away the last couple of hours of a day trip to Ayr. They got two hours for under £10 so no complaints about the tariff. Staff were super friendly and polite which was nice to see. Food in the Diner was surprisingly good and well presented so I don't understand... More

I visited here with my 9yr ol daughter. It was great for her and loads to do. The outdoor park was fantastic. The cafe was amazing. Unfortunately my 15 yr old was far too old for any attractions they had.

Staying in Troon with our 6 year old daughter, weather for our stay had been superb, but we woke to rain & wind. Pirate Pete's sorted out our morning, great, bright, clean soft play with plenty of seating for parents. Cafe did drinks & daughter ran around having fun. For 2 hours it was ok value although I wish that... More
