My advice is choose a nice picnic , jump in the car and enjoy these wide expanses of clean gold sands...if you had the weather it would be packed but it's not so worth the visit.

The beach extends for miles. It is safe and the water is shallow if you don't mind the chillier waters of the Moray Firth. It is backed by dunes in places and the golf course is close by. A wonderful dog walking area and sensationally clean.

Brisk walk along the beautiful beach in the morning. Popular with joggers and dog walkers. Looked clean and tidy.

Unspoiled, vast, serene, wild and beautiful stretch of beach. We went up to where the 7 mile forest meets the beach, enchanted!
