Wildlife is abundant and journeying by kayak will give you the special opportunity to explore the fascinating coastline and get close up to otters, seals and even porpoise. We also explore the Isle of Skye’s remote and inaccessible coastline, with its Cuillin mountains providing a spectacular backdrop. Here we may see basking shark and Minke whales. The sea around the Isle of Skye presents the kayaker with an array of conditions to hone skills and play in. The Atlantic tides squeeze through the narrows of Kylerhea and Kyle of Lochalsh presenting the more experienced paddler with rougher water to practice techniques. You will be equipped with top quality sea kayaks, paddles, clothing and safety gear, and will receive expert tuition in a guaranteed small group environment. Coaching is highly personalised and professional, with your safety and comfort paramount. Your day will be tailored to your needs so that your sea kayak experience is an exceptional one. « less

What a day we had on the 4th April 2012. Alison took full care of everything, from wetsuits to kayak's ... ... and even managed to keep the weather at bay. We were all a little apprehensive, but the tuition provide was just perfect for all our needs. If you have never tried sea kayaking, give it a go as... More

Alison French is a gifted and careful tutor, and she soon had my two teenagers and me kitted out from the comfort of our cottage sitting room! Then some loch side coaching and down the slip at the back of... More

One of the best days out ever ! Saw lots of wild life, seals and the scenery was spectacular. The weather could not have been better and stopping for lunch on a little beach was picturesque. We had a fantastic instructor and guide and will definitely be returning again this summer. More
