I came in with a small group of visitors to Scotland who I was guiding, asked about tour availability, was taken immediately for a visit. started with a fun but corny video, a highly informative tour and a taste of their whisky. Lasted an hour great value for £5.00. I would have give 5* but although redecoration is underway ,... More

Well, I don't know what is going on there - all very strange and don't feel comfortable writing about it on here really... The tour itself was not very good, enjoyed it the least from all five distilleries we visited. Whisky tasted was also not all that actually - would not recommend a visit at all - there are TONS... Stayed in a local b and b just 100m away (see separate review) and went here to visit because we couldn't go snowboarding - too windy. I t was cold wet and miserable outside but on entering we were greeted with a friendly warm welcome and a lot of banter. Our tour was an hour long (£10.00 for two of... More

What a treat... John takes you on the tour and is incredibly knowledgeable, notjust about whisky, but he has also told us to look out for the aurora borealis tonight. I would highly recommend the tour, and not to forget the wee dram at the end...

Despite not taking the tour, the gentleman at the desk was very accommodating and poured a taster for my wife and I whilst we had a cup of tea in the cafe. We had a good old chat with the employee's before leaving. Would recommend stopping by.

visited just before Christmas and had a tour all by myself. I was immediately made to feel comfortable and the guide a mature gentleman - John was not the least put out at having to take me out from the warmth into the wet and cold. He apologised for the place not being in production and said he would try... More

I am a big whiskey fan and like to check out all the distilleries I can get to but I must say I was disappointed with this distillery. The tour starts with a video presentation the we head off for the distillery tour which to my mind was rushed through. We moved on to the tasting where the shop had... More

If in Fort William or passing through, pop into the distillery. Here you will be shown a video before being given a guided tour before sampling a wee dram. Whiskies of varying cost can be purchased here.
