We wanted to visit on a bank holiday. When we arrived, an employee warned we wouldn't get a full tour because the employees were off for the holiday. We said this was OK and waited for the tour. After 45 minutes I went to buy the tickets. I was met by a different employee who aggressively and rudely told me... More

What a pleasant gentleman who explained everything about the process to yes in detail. Do much do that our tour group of 29 had very few questions for him. Would out this on the to do list for people traveling in that area.

After that our guide walked us through step by step how they produce whiskey. At the end of... More

Good price but the start of the tour is awful. Sit through a very outdated video of the history of the place then head into the distillery itself for the tour. The tour is pretty good and at the end you get a nice little tot of whisky Good prices for the whisky compared to elsewhere near by.

We visited the distillery on a recent visit to Fort William. This was our first ever distillery tour and we found it interesting and informative. The whisky is strong but nice, and I bought a bottle at the end following a sample!

We had a wonderful and personable guide in John. He was a delight and filled with more knowledge about whisky in his little pinky than most "experts" have in their whole body. The brew is quite good and as a bonus they have highland cows in the parking lot for photo ops. The only problem we had was purchasing. They... More

Our tour guide John gave us an interesting tour of the history and processes of the distillery..then of course a wee dram at the end. All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit. Not expensive. £10 per couple.
