We went with our 14 year old niece, 8 year old daughter, 6 year old son and 17 month old daughter. First of all the receptionist was very helpful and found us the cheapest way of getting us all in. The changing rooms were nice and clean and had plenty of space for us to all get changed. Although the... More

I have used these facilities for many years on a weekly basis, for myself in the competition pool, and have taken various grandchildren since it first opened using the leisure pools. I think it's a great facility the kids have loved it. The new changing rooms are a huge improvement. I don't find it dirty or cold and the staff... More

We visited the swimming pool twice in one week, it's very cheap and really quite excellent for small children... The water was lovely & warm & most of all the pool & surrounding area (changing rooms etc...) were clean... Good large cubicles set aside for parents & children... Friendly staff

I understand most places have to go through a period of upgrades and maintenance however the changing village was a disaster, as a new visitor I was lost had no idea where to go, the large 25m pool was laned off to allow schools access, fine however what I thought was the pits was the fact that I was shoved... Such a shame but it was not good. They are going through a refurb to the changing area at the minute, fair enough, but half the 'attractions' were broken - no waves, one flume broken and the list goes on. The 'Rapids' have the slowest current on earth, the toys that should have been in the toddler pool were non-existent... More

We are very sorry to hear of the disappointment experienced during your recent visit. As you have stated there is major refurbishment currently taking place within various areas of the facility and although we appreciate this is causing some issues the only alternative would have been a complete closure of around 4 months and we felt the majority of customers... I have been there Number Of times and I'm not the only one to comment that the water is COLD I really like that pool and it's not to expensive and close to where I live but I'm not able to return as its to cold for my 3 year old son.

Thank you for your feedback. The temperatures in the pools are set at such levels, within guideline parameters from the industry's 'governing bodies' , to ensure the water is suitable for various types of bathers and equally as important is maintained at a hygienic level to allow the chemicals in the pool to work. We do offer advice on our... More

First time back to the Aquadome in 2 years an in that time the hygiene standards have dropped drastically. Yes there was obvious building work being carried out but, that does not excuse the fact that various areas, a considerable distance away from the refurbishment, where in a disgusting state.
