This is a good cinema, I frequently come here. Theatres themselves are of good quality and outside is bright and cheerful, however my one issue is the remarkable amount of litter on the floor. I know that in such a busy place it cannot remain pristine, but a couple of cleaners present is not much to ask!

I used to visit the Showcase at least 3 times a month but I have to say the poor service, constant queuing and staff who don't seem to care either way has just put me off completely! The Showcase has 2 entrances and service desks at each end but you only ever find one end open and a queue constantly... More

Went on Saturday with our two sons. The place has been done up a bit since I was last there. Now there is a comfy seating area to grab a coffee. Plus they have added comfier seats with extra leg room. Don`t get me wrong the price for these seats are a bit steep so we just purchased the normal... More

Seats un-comfortable and not tall to rest head on. Full of NEDS. Easy and good for parking but would rather go else where

Seats uncomfortable and food on offer is disgusting and way overpriced. Not great. Showing it's age.

I have read the reviews and would have to say I am surprised by them. Prices at showcase coatbridge are similar to other cinemas. Over priced food is not a surprise. Bring your own!!! The theatres are clean and comfortable and the sound is good. I would have no issues in recommending this cinema to others

My wife and I took our four and two year old sons to see Planes - Fire and Rescue and all was well, comfortable seats, good surround sound and a relatively empty cinema until we had to enlist the services of baby changing, only to find that there were none. I find incredible that in 21st century Britain there are... More

The cost of going to cinema is expensive enough with the ridiculous prices for sweets, popcorn and drinks. £3.75 for a bag of a Revels you can pick up for £1 in Asda is extortion!!!!!!!! You mays well just point a gun at customers and ask them to hand over their wallets. I know Showcase aren't alone in this practice... More

Went to the Showcase cinema for the first time in years today. I was suprised how empty the car park was when I arrived. Went inside to join a queue of around15-20 people and only one person on the ticket desk. After taking an eternity to serve one customer, finally someone came to assist. The prices are just ridiculous in... More

I wonder how often they clean the cinema halls. Every time I go my shoes stick to the carpet and there is litter lying around. If I died while watching a movie I really do wonder how long it would take them to discover my body.
