Great way to see Glasgow

This is a great way to see Glasgow and you can pop on and off at attractions or museums as you go round the route.

I love a bus tour and this certainly didn't disappoint, for £13 the tour kept us entertained for hours, the bus tour gives you an idea of where everything is and when ever something takes your fancy you just jump off, brilliant

If you want to see the main attractions of Glasgow with an on-bus commentary, and want to hop on and hop off wherever, this is for you. Cost 15 pounds pp, seniors 1 pound cheaper and some hotels will give voucher for another pound off. It starts at the Buchanan bus station and takes about 1 3/4 hours if you... More

We decided to try to the Hop On Hop Off Bus in Glasgow. There is a discount (concession) for senior citizens, so some in our party got a small discount. We hopped on at stop #1, right by the Victoria Train Station. The tour guide is live, so she had many real time comments, which is nice to hear instead... More

We like to take these tours whenever we visit a new city. And we weren't disappointed in this one. We were able to get a discount because we had taken a tour from the same company in Edinburgh and with the receipt a discount is given. There is also a discount for senior citizens. In Glasgow, there is a "live... More

Being on my own, I wanted a hassle free way to explore, taxi was not an option, didn't want to drive and not familiar with buses, etc. so I opted for a hop on, hop off tour bus. The cost is £13 for a day ticket, or £15 for a two day ticket. I began by boarding the 9.30am bus... More

Ideal way to get your bearings and decide which places to visit. Be prepared to wait for buses as they can get held up in the city centre traffic

My husband I were visiting Edinburgh and took a day trip to Glasgow by bus from Edinburgh to Galsgow Buchanan Street, it was very convenient. Since we did not have too much time, we took city sightseeing tour. Whole trip takes about 2 hours. Perfect way to learn about the history of the city and visit highlights in limited time.... More

If time is against you and you are not really sure what you want to see, then get yourself a Red bus sightseeing ticket. The loops takes about 90 minutes, but shows off the best Glasgow has to offer. After the first loop, my wife and I (who only had a day in Glasgow) could zero in on what we'd... More
