Was a great experience learning how to cook American from a Scottish Chef. He did a great job and the class was fun. There was plenty of food and the interaction made the night very enjoyable. Everything about the evening was top notch from the reception to the end. Hope to visit again soon.

This was absolutely brilliant. We were greeted by a lovely lad who offered us a free drink and who took the time to explain what happened. We got a mini bus up the hill to the Academy where we were greeted by a lovely chef called Joe and his assistant Ali. We were shown how to make red and white... More

We'd been here previously for an Italian evening and returned for this night with John Quigley from Red Onion. Very enjoyable evening - good stories, some demonstration of recipes and then we all got on with our own cooking. Finnan haddie risotto followed by bang bang chicken. There were 2 of us but whole atmosphere is friendly and it quickly... More

This was our first foray to Glasgow & I was looking for something fun to do with friends for the weekend. We were not disappointed! After a few welcome drinks, Chef had us cooking our own meal - which brought back memories of home economics/domestic science class. We all sat down to eat whilst chatting to other people on the... I attended the Tennent factory cooking and cocktails course with my boyfriend on Valentines day 2015. We received this package as a gift from my boyfriend's dad. In the kitchen where the course took place we were provided with a variety of free drinks before we starting. This made the atmosphere more lively. We didn't do a lot of actual... More

I had a lovely day at the Mad about Macarons class with the Tennent Cookery School. We were met by Chef and transported in the minibus to the school with a wee tour and refreshments. A demonstration with plenty of time for questions and then lots of time to copy Chef. Lots of support and help on hand and a... More

As part of my hen weekend we did the Cook, Cocktails and The Corinthian Club course. I had no idea what was planned for the weekend and it was a fantastic surprise. Everyone had a brilliant time and the staff were all fun, friendly and knowledgeable and created a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this to anyone as a great... More

Gave my husband and son the italian cookery course as gifts for them to enjoy together. Both are already keen cooks but were disappointed that dried pasta was used and that it was all too basic. Not enough detail about herbs used, how to make your own pasta which they had hoped for. Chef was new and very friendly and... More

Got a birthday gift to visit the TTA and do a cookery/cocktail course with a trip to the Corinthian afterwards. Went as a party of four, we all enjoyed it and felt it was good value for money. The lad doing the cocktail part of the evening was very knowledgeable and I'll definitely not accept a cocktail anywhere that needs... More
