Enjoyed a Saturday afternoon at The Time Capsule with a 5, 10 and 12 year old. It was much smaller than I had anticipated but lots to do. Ninety minutes was enough for us. Lots of staff around to help with the lockers as none of our wristbands worked, but it was sorted quickly. The staff around the pool seemed... More

Went with our 8 and 5 y.o. kids and it was a fun experience for the whole family. Arrived after 1p.m. on a Saturday and the place was full but did not have to wait too long in queues so it wasn't a problem. I was initially put off by the fact you only get 90 min (the locker keys... More

We had not been to a fancy pool in years and loved this place. It has a wave pool, lazy river, rubber ring slide for you to go together, 2 flumes, another slide bit, a kids bit with buckets and such and a kids area. I'm sure this place won't win any awards for most fancy hi-tech place in europe... More

We took my niece and nephew here recently. It wasn't cheap to get in, and although the locker keys are £1.20 only £1 is returned. On top of this, the hair dryers ( which have most likely been there since the time capsule opened in the eighties) are poor quality, take 20p per time and to dry our hair it... More

It was a really good day out for the kids. We found it to be hot and noisy. The changing rooms were small and not that clean. Plenty of lifeguards and the usual chips and burgers on offer. I suppose I could say that the best bit was that it was good valeu for money. More

We travelled by train from Kilwinning to Glasgow Cetral and then on the Whifflet train and got off at Kirkwood Station. The venue was just a short 10 minute easy to find walk from here. We were first in queue on a Saturday morning. I went with my partner as I am taking swimming lessons locally in Ayrshire but I... More

Refurb was worth the wait with the big bucket and play area around it. It is big so be prepared to do a lot of "where is wee xxx ?" We go a few times a year and it's worth it. Wave machine, big tubes (although that is running efficiently), 2 very long flumes, rapids. Magic. More
