This is the largest IMAX screen in Scotland, so my wife and I decided to view the new movie "Interstellar" there on a Sunday evening. While there is no doubt about the size of the screen, and the quality of the viewing experience, the overall experience falls far short. The majority of people would drive to this IMAX and park... Great viewing and sound experience, it's really worthwhile seeing certain films here. Would really benefit from getting a pick n' mix section (especially instead of a Starbucks which is downstairs?!). Also, free tap water should be easily available. I asked a member of staff at the Snacks counter for one, who explained that their soda cups could only be used... More

Enjoyed the movie, but took almost 30 mins to get out the cinema and carpark (which you need to pay for). Parking experience is a bit of a shambles all round. Won't be back. Breahead a far better option.

This is easily the best Cinema in Scotland. The screen is huge, the sound is amazing (like an earthquake) it's that powerful at times. If you want the enjoy your experience ensure you get seats near the back of the cinema - the screen is so large if you are sitting in the front half of the seats, you will... More

For the full cinema experience you must visit this place! You could even make a day of it if you are travelling far to make it worth the trip, by visiting the science centre next door! As always the food and drinks are way overpriced but that is to be expected. If you get a combo deal you won't get... More

I find the screen far too big. It is one of the largest in the UK but you are sitting so close to it, it is impossible to see it all. The sound is similar to other cinemas and is nowhere near as good as the IMAX in the odeon Braehead. It is only good for documentary type films and... More

Wow, wow, wow. You have never seen how good a movie could be until you have seen it at an imax in 3D. What a great experience. Went to see Guardians of the Galaxy in 3D at the imax, and loved every minute of it. First of all Guadians of the Galaxy is a very entertaining film, with lots of... More

Choose the right film,we saw Gravity there in 3D and I felt I was in space with them - even to the extent I felt a wee bit queasy (they tell you to close your eyes and it goes). It was fantastic. Months later we went to see Tom Cruise in Edge of Tomorrow and I felt it was a... More
