I went to Hampden Park for the concert ,although the concert was amazing, the experience of this stadium and afterwards was a nightmare.I was in the East stand which was not clearly marked so when you walk round you find that the walk through part is closed so you then have to walk further around. After the concert going back to the... I have never experienced such shambolic organisation of such a large event with visitors from all over Britain getting a very bad experience of the City. Having organised events far larger i.e. The Commonwealth Games I thought things could have been a lot better. Most of my criticism is due to lack of information, starting at the train station to... We saw AC/DC play here & it was awesome. Seating 80,000 people, it was a great atmosphere for a gig. My only complaint is the drinks. You only had a choice of 2 alcoholic drinks, cider & lager & both came in 400ml bottles, the price of which was £5, making this a staggering £7+ per pint.

Really enjoyed the venue. Stage positioning at the side rather than at the end was excellent. I stood about 15 yards from the centre of the stage and the atmosphere, Sound quality and view were fabulous. The only downside.. Mount Florida station. .. Really, do the City planners think that is a sufficient transport hub.. Inadequate at best and bordering... More

Good venue for concert but as you expect from these venues very expensive for food/drink which is par for the course. Bit of a nightmare getting back to hotel afterwards, not very well organised.

Hampden is the stadium of choice for big rock acts, which is a shame because it's one of the worst-sounding places to experience a gig in Scotland. To date I've seen but not heard AC/DC, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem and U2: the slightest gust of wind and the sound is whooshed away. If you're going for a show, get a standing... More

First, I thought AC/DC were amazing but sometimes I thought the sound was a little off, apparently this is because of the stadium. I had an excellent seat and I had a great view of the stage but that is the only positive thing I can say. Before entering the stadium I used the ladies toilets which were horrendous, there... More

Visited for the AC/DC concert. Got a taxi to Hampden Park which dropped us off as near as it could due to congestion. We had to walk all the way around the stadium to our gate which was fine as we soaked up the atmosphere on the way. Food was pretty much as you would expect from such an event... More
