We were in Glasgow for a weekend so bought a two day ticket. We used this far more in Glasgow than we have in other destinations as the buses were very regular, always on time and the commentary seemed to have lots of extra snippets that we heard when we traveled a part of the route for a second time... We took this tour our first morning in Glasgow to get the lay of the land. It was certainly a good way to see a lot of the city - but compared to some of the other city tours we've done this was a little lacklustre. The sights were very nice but the bus didn't stop for pictures and didn't... More

I don't normally do guides tours, but I had no idea of the geography of Glasgow, and which attractions I should visit. The tour was great, and the commentary by Neil Oliver was excellent. Recommend using your own headphones rather than the ones provided.

The pre-recorded narration by Neil Oliver was, of course, very good and packed with fascinating information on Glasgow's amazing past. I was thrilled to view some beautiful structures from the quintessentially Victorian People's Palace to the exciting modernity of the affectionately dubbed 'Armadillo'! Since I visit Glasgow infrequently, I go every time as it helps you to see the City... More

Typical Sightseeing Bus Tour - informative commentary and a great range of locations included on the tour. The drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The red buses are a great way to see the main sights of Glasgow. You can hop off and on at any stop amd the audio guide is also very informative.

We have used the City Sightseeing bus in many cities around the world and have always been impressed with the amount of information learned about the places we have visited. The Glasgow tour was no exception with an excellent commentary from historian Neil Oliver. The bus stops at all the main attractions of Glasgow which was great seen as it... More

Purchased the 2 day tickets and used it as much as we could An excellent way to sort out the layout of the city. Mark who is the information guru in Georges Square was so helpful and a mine of information regarding architecture and sights worth seeing in the city. The usual CCS tour stuff; multiple languages, open top buses and a good introduction to a city. Neil Oliver narrates this particular tour. It did seem to have a bit more 'product placement' than other tours and we did start engaging in a contest to see how many times he would say " and entrance to all Glasgow city museums... More

Hello, thanks for your 5 star review Regarding product placement, we don't have promote any particular attraction or restaurant based on being paid to do so, we try and point out a range of venues to help passengers choose where they may wish to visit or eat. It was our first trip to Glasgow and to make the best out of it we decided to do the HOHO bus tour and purchased the 48 hours ticket.
