We took the tour on a Tuesday around mid day to kill some time before the train home and it was surprisingly every insightful. There was a live tour guide - Anne, which was much better than a recording that is normally used in sightseeing tours. She was very polite and interesting to listen to. I only live an hour... More

Dont miss this when in Glasgow----well worth the money-----helpful friendly informed staff, Very interesting spots and attractions to visit----hop on and off. Make sure you have all day to really make the most of it. I had 5 hours--not enough--twice that would be better, Get on at George Square and listen to commentary-read the map and explore.

What a fabulous way to spend a day, Glasgow has changed so much over the years, never realised how beautiful some parts of the city are, interesting tour and well worth the money, commentary was really good and was the humour of the speaker.

We only had an afternoon to enjoy this Hop On Hop Off Sightseeing Bus. There are 28 stops. We didn't have time to get off at all. The Tour took two hours. Congested traffic can be a problem. I would highly recommend a two day pass OR get to the stop in George Square early. There are so many wonderous... More

Thank you for your review and we're sorry you didn't have enough time to visit everywhere you'd like to visit. Ideally we recommend at least one day to do the tour so that you can visit as many places as possible as well as have enough time to enjoy the tour itself. More

I had one day of sightseeing in Glasgow after a conference, so I thought this would be a simple way of seeing a lot of the city with little effort. It helped that the weather was beautiful, so sitting on the open-top bus in the sun was nice. The commentary was informative and they stopped in convenient places. The buses... More

Many thanks for your review and we're glad you had sunny weather for the tour. There should always be commentary on our tours - either via live guide or our multi-lingual audio commentary so can you give us details of your experience on the way back ie. was there a live guide or did the multi-lingual plug-in point not work?... Ideal way to see the city and help get your bearings. If you can get a two day ticket which is better value for money. Commentary is informative and interesting. Only issue I had, were drivers pulling off from stops while people were walking upstairs to the top deck. Other than that I'd highly recommend going on the tour during your... More

We stopped in Glasgow to meet friends on our tour of Scotland. We picked up this tour right across from the Glasgow George St. rail station and thoroughly enjoyed it. Making many many stops around the city you can surely see it all in a few hours. Only thing missing is a live narrated guide. I miss that as you... More

Thank you for your review and we're glad you enjoyed it. We've got a mix of live guide and multi-lingual audio so that there's options for non-English speakers and try to operate these so that those who hop-on and hop-off get the option of both during their time on the tour. However, we do recognise that the live guides give... More

Having just arrived in Glasgow I took the city tour first. This will give you an overview of the sights of Glasgow so you can decided on what you would like to return to in order to explore further. If you have time purchase the two day pass so you can get an overview one day and then return the... More
