An interesting house located in wonderful surroundings. The gardens were a joy to walk around. If you are a member of the National Trust it is free.

Been back in Glasgow on holiday and have spend most days in Pollok Park with my son and it has brought back so many childhood memories walking on the same paths as my father took me as a child. The park is very well looked after and credit must go to all the staff...

We visited Pollok park and the Burrell collection for a day out. The pieces of art and artefacts on display in the Burrell collection are varied and interesting and its free entry! Didn't go round pollok house but the gardens and parklands including animals such as highland cattle are well worth a visit Good outdoor play area available and cafe... More

The house was fabulous. The art collection is incredible and very surprising given its heavy Spanish orientation. The only disappointment was lunch. The lunch place needs to be sharpened up. We can't complain about the service because we never got any so we abandoned it after waiting forever for no one to take our order.

The park contains Pollok House which is fully fitted in period. Also the Burrell gallery which contains the eclectic collection of Sir William Burrell. Within the extensive park you may see a herd of Highland Cattle, Clydesdale horses and also enjoy a walk along the river bank.

If you tire of the buzz of the city itself a visit here is well worth the effort especially if the weather is good.

It was all rides for kids none of the usual stalls were present it was a total disaster. Just full of cattle who wants that we wanted the usual... More

The country park is a green area close to Glasgow with fields of Highland Cattle and heavy horses. An ideal place to walk or cycle when the hustle and bustle of the city centre gets too much.

Visit here regularly and love it everytime. Its perfect for walking or just admiring Glasgows greener parts. 2 great cafes, one in the burrel collection which us great for families and one in pollock country house which is oerceft for something a bit different. The staff are all very helpful and knowlageable about the park and its history. Simply perfect.
