Day Out

A great park we walked for miles around the park. It was an added bonus that the sun was out. The park was very clean too and there was plenty of space to park.

Beautiful park on the south side of Glasgow. Car parks inside the park - big car park opposite kids play park. Lovely cafe in pollok house and plenty of nice walks around the gardens. The Burrell collection is also housed on the site and well worth a visit as well. Can get very busy on sunny days at the weekend... More

This free park is beautiful. Lots to see and do and a great place to have a coffee and piece of cake in the house. The house is very interesting too. The Burrell collection is free to see too and good for escaping the glasgow rains.

This enormous park situated a five minute bus ride from Glasgow is absolutely incredible. It features a very nice museum on the property which is completely free and has all types of artifacts and paintings on display. The Pollok House is very nice to walk around the gardens as well.

Pollok Park is huge - so many pathways and walks to choose from. It is amazing that you can be so surrounded by nature within a city. I love this park and feel blessed to have it on my doorstep.

Firstly the play parks here are fabulous! There's so much to do for kids & there's the Burrell collection on sight which is wonderful for older children & adults! The park is huge so perfect to cycle around or go or for a long walk or run. The cafe is also very nice!
