The park is a a great place for walks, highland cattle and it has an excellent playground for kids. The Gallery is outstanding but we love going for lunch in historic Pollock House. Nice selection of food and really good home baking. You can make a full day of the Park even when the weather is not that great.

The park is accessible via public transport and is extensive with lots of walks. It also contains the Burrell Cllection and Pollock House which are both worth a visit. There wax snow on the ground when we visited but we were still able to enjoy a walk through the park and watch children sledging.

Fantastic park to go for a walk . The Burrell collection is right in the middle with a great cafe if you need to eat some thing . Great for children band grown ups. Watch out for pay and display in car park or else could get fined. Sadly hard to get to if you do not have own transport... More

One of the nicest parks in Glasgow, great walks, a good off road cycle route as well as a tarmacked one. Plenty of things to do and see such as the Burrell Collection, Rangers Office, Horses, Highland Cattle and Pollock House.

The best place for a walk in Glasgow, 5 mins from city centre but feels like you are in the middle of the country. Great for running with Park Run on every Saturday. Massive kids play area, the Burrell collection and. Pollock house are great to visit and the scenery is awesome. Highland cows also to top of your visits!

You could spend hours walking in the park, it's huge. You can also visit the Burrell Collection and Pollok House which are both located in the park, as well as the highland cattle which live in one of the fields. There is plenty of parking space within the park itself as well.

My favourite part is paying a visit outside to the Highlands cows. I enjoyed the museum and it's content too. Just outside Glasgow so easy to access on a sunny day

Park right in front of Pollok House or if that car park is full just drive on slightly to the right and there is a larger car park. Either walk into the ornamental garden just to the left of the house or, if you are in the car park further on, then walk along the river to your left. The... More
