We saw Frankie Boyle at this theatre in July and had an excellent view from the dress circle. To be honest this the theatre is a perfect size; It's not so big that you're unable to see the stage when you're sitting higher up, but it's not so small that you feel cramped in your seat! The only problem is... More

A tour starting in the front of house bar and ending with tea or coffee and cake in the same bar. This was very well led by a local actor and showed all sorts of places that are essential to a production but which the public don't normally see. The paint shop dates from. When the theatre was f instead... More

Saw frankie Boyle here last week, such a cosy theatre you feel part of the show, not like larger ones where you need binoculars! Saw many productions here as a school kid in Glasgow, was lovely to return & see it renovated & loved , bar/food staff are very efficient & friendly, ushers were a laugh & actually spoke to... More

We were in the middle of the second row of stalls,Row B, seats 13 and 14. Fabulous view.Godspell was performed by Musical Theatre Students from The Dance School of Scotland.I did not know what to expect. All I knew was that it was based on the Gospel of St Matthew and that it was a story about friendship written by Stephen... This is one of the most challenging, honest and stunning places you will ever visit. If you get the chance to spend even only a couple of hours here for any show or production, don't hesitate. It will establish / restore / reinvigorate your faith that art is for all - with big dollops of fun, realism and vibrancy with... More

So it was really nice to return and see stand-up Susan Calman who also has fond memories of this theatre. The night we attended she was filming her new DVD. The show was excellent and Susan... More

Great Show but not for the politically correct brigade! The bar was very accessible and service was quick. Only negative was too many people visiting the toilet during the show.
