Birthday voucher for two treatments for two people. My friends treatment was ok but my part of the gift was very poor. We both requested a massage and nails to be done which my friend had done I had to pay an extra £20 over the cost of the voucher to get nails done and told I could not have... More

Had a spa day with my mum which involved a salt scrub, back massage, facial and head massage. The staff were friendly, but everything was rushed. After the salt scrub I had the shower, the shower head attachment was broken and had thick black scum round the bottom of the shower, I touched it to make sure it wasn't part... More

Whilst the staff were lovely and chatty, if you want a proper Brazilian wax do not go here. Really disappointed. I'm happy to pay £30-£45 for a good wax. This was £30 and I could have done a better job myself. Lycon wax is excellent when used properly. Here it was the meaning of pain!! I will not be going... More

The staff at the salon are very professional and really made me feel welcome, i would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a pamper. I loved my Gel nails & the massage was my best yet!

I went with my cousin to get calgel nails and spray tans. They made such a mess of my cousins infills she had to leave the Spa and run around Glasgow in the rain at 4pm the day before we left for my wedding to get someone else to strip the nails and re-do them. She was sent - quote... More

I had a great facial and massage with lovely staff, loads of herbal tea and a great feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation. I didn't feel at all rushed to leave and indeed enjoyed chatting over peppermint tea with other clients. Very good value and they have lots of offers every month so their website is worth keeping an eye on.... More

My friend and I came to Glasgow for my birthday weekend, this included a trip to 'Spa in the City' at Glasgow. I originally just put an internet request in and the next day I had a voice message returning my inquiry. I was so impressed that we booked ourselves in as soon as possible. The girls were so helpful... More

I recently tried to purchase a 'virtual voucher' on the spainthecity website for a friend as a birthday present. I gave myself a week to order the voucher, so that I could print it off and insert it into a birthday card to send to my friend (who lives in Glasgow). I made the order on a Monday, with the... More

This was my first visit to Spa in the City & overall I wasn't disappointed. I booked one of the special offers and was still able to redeem a gift voucher against this. When I entered the reception area I was immediately given a friendly welcome & offered a herbal tea. My therapist, Pamela, was lovely, explained exactly what the... More

Enjoyed my visit to the Spa to get Calgel nails done for my birthday. However within a few days, they were coming loose and a week later only my pinky nails are still on! Contacted the spa, who did offer free replacements, but as I'm out of the country I said I'd rather have a refund. They said no refunds... More
