Played this on a Tuesday morning, starter was friendly and allowed us to play off white tees without issue. Course is a good mix of holes, with some tough holes into the wind, but importantly it gives you a chance. Conditions were very windy, but the greens were quick enough, fairways and tees were excellent. We finished, went to use... More

We played The Eden for the first time and we will be back first class course and the staff make you very welcome. From tee to green the course is in great condition. The day we played the weather for April could not have been better. We had a 10am tee off time on the starter gets you off on... More

This golf course came recommended as my wife is a novice golfer and it was fantastic. Lovely location, staff and club amenities are first class. A very smooth golfing operation at the Home of Golf and we shall return for more of this superb golfing "Mecca ".

So at 100 years old this year it's not as old as the main three courses on the property in the town but that said most of the holes are an interesting test. It does lose it's way a little in the middle of the back nine but still a pleasent walk. As with all the courses the staff and... More

Did not bother with any food afterwards but thoroughly enjoyed the golf. We turned up late for our tea time (awful pun ) but were still able to play off. Everybody was sweet.

I'm not the best of golfers, but this was a real treat to play. Marshals around too to give you a bit of course advice. welcoming and friendly staff set you on your way and when not playing a shot the scenery is great too. Well worth a round.

My father and I played this course quite a while back. We were fresh off playing the courses up at St Andrews Bay, the Torrence and Devlin (then) course respectively earlier in the week and expected an older more rugged venture into St Andrews golf. What I can only say is that we weren't disappointed. It isn't the longest course... More

The Eden Course at St. Andrews is a very well maintained, not too difficult links course in a very historic area; the Old Course is the closest neighbour.

Hi, The Eden Course may not get the "press" that all of the other course's attract at St Andrews but I thoroughly recommend this course to you. It plays similar to all the other courses at St Andrews but you have to also "think your" way round many of the holes. Nice views of the River Eden feature on many... More

Good but tough course especially in the wind. Clubhouse very relaxed and friendly, staff always polite and willing to help
