We took the Loch Ness & Highlands Tour. We were picked up and dropped off by the coach right in front of our hotel, how convenient! Graham, our guide and driver was very knowledgeable and quite entertaining. The tour was filled with some of the most Amazing sites I have ever seen. We were in awe of the views. the... More

Graham did a great job on this tour and made it entertaining, the tour is very long 12 hours so it's not the easiest as 80 percent is riding on the bus. They should consider making two stops on the way back.

Thank you for your review. We often refer to this tour as "Scotland in day" due to the amount of miles we cover from Edinburgh to Loch Ness and we are unable to make more stops on the return journey as this would make the tour even longer; which would impact on the amount of legal driving hours. It's great... More

We 3 took the highland, loch ness tour from gray line. Tour started from 07.45 and finished around 9.00PM. This was the long journey spending almost 70% of the time in coach. It should be called as sitting and seeing scenery tour. The tour didn't include cruise tour in loch ness. If you didn't pay for cruise. Nothing to do... More

By far the best things about their tour services is 1. The drivers are very personable and 2. They will try to pick you up from your hotel or get as close to it as possible as well as drop you off at the end of the day. The first tour we did was the whiskey tour; we went to... More

My parents and I had a fantastic day in the highlands yesterday. Brian was outstanding - a incredibly knowledgable passionate man who ensured we left his coach touched by what we experienced in the previous 12 hours. This one day highland trip will give you a flavour of this beautiful country and a desire to see more. I did this... More

I took two tours thru Viator on my trip to Edinburgh. Viator uses Gray Line bus tours . One was 12 hours! We went toLoch Ness and the Highlands. The driver/tour guide was informative but he talked almost non stop. Why on the world this company doesn't use audio is beyond comprehension. The second tour we did was to Stirling... More

Great tour and scenic drive to Glasgow, Loch Lomond and Sterling Castle. Drive was very scenic and driver Paul very knowledgable. Wasn't to long just enough. Would recommend for couples and adults. Not sure kids would sit still the long drive.

Gray Line is simply outstanding. I went in early September on a tour mainly of the highlands and Loch Ness. The tour guide Graham is a very experienced guide; smiling face, knowledgeable and wonderful sense of pacing.

I signed up for a one-day tour to Loch Lomond, the Highlands and Stirling Castle and really did not enjoy myself. It was just an entire day wasted on a whole lot of nothing. I wanted to book with the Highland Explorer Tours but my hotel suggested this company because they pick up. So I thought, why not? Big mistake.... More
