A wonderful way to see the city and get some tips for where to eat. Recommended for any foodies out there! Some of the best food tasted whilst in Edinburgh. One of the party of a vegetarian and was suitably catered for throughout the experience. Alan was very knowledgeable both in his understanding of the history of the areas of town... More

Enjoyed a evening tour last night with Julie. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The food and drinks along the way were very enjoyable. All in all a wonderful evening that I would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Edinburgh. Thanks Vicky and Mike

My two sisters and I loved this tour, Alan had a wonderful knowledge of food and the history of the city. We were able to try scotch, haggis and other things that I would normally not try on my own, but I ended up becoming a haggis lover!! We would totally recommend this tour to anyone!!

This tour was a good way to cover a good deal of the city within a few short hours. The pace of the tour was good, with the food arranged at appropriate intervals. Our guide Julie made sure we were always comfortable, and shared with us many interesting stories about the city. Special mention goes to the haggis we had... More

This was one of the highlights from my trip to Edinburgh. Alan manages to find the perfect mix of history and delicious food. The best stop for me was the Scotch Malt Whiskey Society where I got to try haggis (and loved it, by the way). Try not to eat before you go though - you get more than enough... More

We did this tour with our daughter who was studying in Glasgow and we all loved it!! Alan was the best, most knowledgeable guide. Each stop we made was unique and we still talk about how much we loved this tour! We loved the special stop at the private Whiskey club. And all the food was delicious! We would definitely... More

Thanks for your lovely review, one of the quickest we received as you were just on the tour last night, 7th July. Really enjoyed your company and I thought considering the diverse range of those on the tour bonded very well, especially after our visit to the Malt whisky Society. More

Good food and drinks, nice guide with deep knowledge about the town. It was fun going to places and restaurant we wouldn't have found on our own. We were alone with the guide. Would recommend this special type of guided tour to anyone that likes good food and an opportunity to learn more about a fantastic town.
