You pay for the ambience not the food. Great for a drink and to see the christmas decorations though. more
Just back from a three day trip to Edinburgh and just happened to come across the Dome restaurant. We eat there twice during our trip and it was difficult to go elsewhere as the quality of the food and surroundings were simply terriffic. The Dome is one of my favourite places in Edinburgh. As a setting for either lunch or dinner it's simply excellent - the interior of this fine old building is magnificent. My friends an i never go to George St without visiting The Dome. last Sunday lunch we had was superb!! Excellent food , service and Champagne!!! Looking forward to Christmas Party Night!!! x more
