You walk onto the top deck and then work your way down through the reign of the current queen. Its quite old fashioned in some places and a floating country house rather than a palace. The cafe/restaurant is worth a visit. More

The members of the Royal family and other foreign officials you see in the pictures and hear about in the commentaries are the ones that we know about from the media. Her being... More

They even took pictures of me re-proposing to my wife under the bell. Everyone was really nice and all the staff were wishing us well... More

Eventually found it - a bit odd to see it parked behind a shopping centre! Tour was very well laid out and staff very welcoming and well-informed. Would recommend More

I went to a special reception and dinner on board, which was a private function, but also did the standard guided tour and was impressed by all the original works of art and royal photographs, and even the Rolls-Royce in the garage on board! More

As we travelled from Birmingham to Edinburgh we jujst had to go and see Britannia - we decided to pay the £11.75 to go aboard and it was well worth the money. The trip is supposedly 1.5 hours long using a personal tour guide mobile ear contraption. We were there for 2 hours plus and had a fabulous time. Would... More
