Just returned from a short trip to Edinburgh. We used the 48hr ticket. Found the tours helpful and informative. The best is the green tour with a an English speaking guide. Our guide Sandra cheerfully gave lots of information in an easily assimilated way. Well worth the fare

We have just returned from a short break in Edinburgh. During our stay we made use of the bus tours and found them brilliant for getting about and finding out places of interest and the history of the city. You can buy a 24 hour ticket or a 48 hour ticket. (A 24 hour hop on hop off ticket starts... More

We've booked three places to visit, the castle, Britannia and Holyrood. We pay for the 3 bus tours and so far have been pleased. Both of our guides today on the green bus were so enthusiastic and full of knowledge. A great way to understand more of the history and layout of the city. Our visit to Britannia was first... More

We purchased the two day bus tickets which included entry to the Royal Yacht Brittania, Edinburgh Castle and Palace of Holyrood House. The buses ran to timetable and the commentary was good. A fantastic way to see Edinburgh and decide what other things we also want to see.

well located just off Princess street (next to the Christmas market) the hardest part of doing the tour is choosing which one of the brightly coloured buses to choose. Opting for the red bus and a tour of the city the bus departs half hourly and takes an hour. Although priced at £14 you are able to use the ticket... More

We did the whole route and listened to all the interesting facts provided by live guides. We bought the two day pass that included tickets to the three attractions (Edinburg Castle, Holyrood Palace and Yacht Britannia). We visited in December but buses were regular and essy to hop on and off. Great value for money and ideal way to see... More

Absolutely loved our open top bus tour. Was such good value for money. Couldn't recommend one more. We did the full tour once and then hopped on and off at points of interest.

We decided to take the green bus route around Edinburgh, as it stopped at several places we wanted to visit and we bought fast track tickets to the castle at the same time. As it happened, the tour was so enjoyable we stayed on board for the duration and decided to walk to the other attractions after. The benefit of... More
