My wife and I were gifted a Steak Night at the Cook School, and attended with a little trepidation, not really knowing what to expect on the night. If you go sometime, go with a joyful heart!! There is nothing but pleasure and cooking education to be found here Initially given a glass(or two) of wine as chefs were preparing... More

Christine and Frances McKellar had the best day ever at the Cook School Kilmarnock. . 13th December 2014 We had wonderful friendly professional chefs who displayed great patience with us all. We both learned a great deal from the day and took some great Christmas baking home. Lunch was made by one of the chefs and it was amazing home... More

Never been to the cook school before although coming from Kilmarnock have heard plenty about it - the majority of which has been positive. Decided to go with a couple of friends for their birthdays for a wee change of scenery and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Chefs Andy and Bobby were informative and funny and kept the whole... More

Having received a "steak night" gift for my birthday, I ventured to the cook school for the first time. What a night, absolutely magnificent. Despite being the only single person there, the atmosphere in the place as well as the nature of the experience ensured a memorable evening (not even taking the food into consideration). Chefs Andy and Bobby were... More

Forget Marks, for dine in deals. Nip to the cook school wee shop and pick up mouth watering goodies. Ready meals reasonably priced, home cooked or superb raw ingredients. Bought the diced steak for steak pie, the tenderness of the meat was to die for!!

Last night I made my third visit to Braehead Cook School for a demo and dine evening. It was most enjoyable. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. There are lots of tasters during the demo and then you sit down to a meal and a glass of wine or soft drink. There is plenty of opportunity to ask the chefs... More

I was given a voucher for the Cook School last Christmas as I liked cooking. I was concerned that I would have to cook and be watched closely by people who were professionals. With this in mind I chose to attend an Italian dine and demo night which involved getting to watch the chefs doing the cooking and I got... More

I have attended a few classes now at The Cook School. On arrival we were greeted and shown to the dining room where we got some delicious freshly made scones and tea and coffee. The Mexican day class is definitely my favourite! The chilli chocolate churros are to die for!! I have also been to the Italian demo and dine... More

I have been to a number of classes here at the Cook School- both full day and demo and dine. On my most recent visit I went to the Mexican demo and dine evening- absolutely faultless.
