This is another big park in Dundee, with free access on to it with ample free parking, a huge play area for children of all ages AND ITS FREE, children will not want to leave the place. there are tennis areas, and in winter, my wife finds it steep enough to practice her Skiing down the slopes. At the main... More

The Park is a lovely place with a fantastic childrens play area and little wildlife park, we used the cafe for the 2nd time and it had gone down hill from last year,It was dirty and had cluttered tables. I saw staff putting out rubbish then take a toastie out from grill without washing her hands, cutlery was handled by... More

My 4 year old niece and I spent the day at Camperdown when we visited a few years ago, July 2012, since there is so much to do. there are activities for the whole family and for kids of all ages. she particularly enjoyed the zoo and wandering around the grounds. Since it was a sunny day we opted for... More

Took my little puppy here. So dog friendly and everyone that visits is willing to stop and chat. Lovely environment :)

Great for a free family day out but seems to have run down a few of it's facilities over recent years. Boating pond and go-karts gone, tennis courts trashed (hopefully to be sorted for next season), kiosk at the park often closed when we visit and sells cheap own brand ice cream when we do - picnic recommended! That aside,... More

This is a good day out for kids and adults who are young at heart! There are lots of things to play on in the adventure park and a wee shop for tea and coffee or ice creams. If you have a dog there are huge open spaces of grass to run about on and explore through the wooded walks.... More

The play park is suitable for all ages and well equipped. The zoo is worth a visit as well, the cafe is a bit overpriced so take your own picnic and save yourself some money. Good selection of animals. There are also a couple of tennis courts but surface not that great. Plenty of grassy areas to have a kick... More

Chalk and cheese since the last time we were there. There is still the nautical theme but on a more modern level. Pity about the refreshments booth.pricey for the quality. A wee tip here, bring your own sarnies, juice Tec.

Just the place to marvel at magnificent trees and while away a few hours looking at the gardens, ponds and natural wildlife. For a small fee you can visit the wildlife centre to see native Scottish species. You would not think you were so close to surburbia!

We have been here before so good to see the investment in the new entrance and cafe facility. Although a miserable day with the weather we enjoyed taking our grandson around to see the animals. The baby Lemurs were fantastic! There was building work going on, so although great to see improvements to tired enclosures, it did spoil things with... More
