Enjoy the 360 degree view of Dundee city and over the River Tay. Fantastic ! You may climb or drive, but I'll suggest walk & climb, it wont take you long time, less 10 minutes (from Dundee Law Forest signage) and enjoy the woods along the way. It will be a nice experience to walk & stop to enjoy the... More

Drive or walk up the Law Hill to find views you'd really struggle to beat over almost any other city. The Tay looks beautiful from up there, and you can see almost all the major landmarks - Tannadice and Dens, industrial estates, towers, churches, the lot.

There are many paths and stairways that surround the hill itself that you can explore on your way to the summit. There are also old WW2 'pill boxes' hidden away on its... More

Fantastic views over the whole city and over the river Tay to the Kingdom of Fife. You can clearly see both the road bridge and the rail bridges which go between Dundee and Five.

Parked car at first car park, then walked the rest, a bit of a climb, stopped every so often to enjoy the view, very popular with dog walkers lower down the hill, steps not brilliant a bit uneven and worn in places, so not ideal. you can always cheat and drive to the top but views on a clear sunny... We cheated and took the car but I would consider walking to the top too; the views are definitely worth it! You can see for miles and miles, great opportunity for photos. If you are exploring Dundee, don't miss it.

Absolutely fantastic view of Dundee and the surrounding area. I walked up from the city centre (wouldn't highly recommend that option unless you have the time and are looking to get some exercise) but you can also drive right up. Nice area around the monument for walking or just hanging out with dogs/children as well. Wonderful place to spend a... More

If you have the energy walk up, but also car accessible for elderly disabled and lazy alike. Don't leave Dundee without taking in this treat.
