We have just visited this attraction and it is a great fun day out, even for adults. The indoor play centre was really good. The outdoor attractions were also good too and our toddler loved it. The toy shop is well stocked with every toy you can imagine. The only downside and what they don't advertise is the fact that... More

We had a great day out here when on holiday in the area. Would say it is suited for more pre school and primary kids. The go-karts to go round the animals are hard work....the only negative we had

We had a day out at dalscone was a great day friendly helpful staff and great animals. Couple of things tho! You have to pay to get in and pay to get on some of the rides, now if you have alot of kids with you it will be very pricey, rest of the playground is spot on. the raccoons... More

Great for kids and most animals well looked after was really distressed at how poorly the 2 raccoons were looked after. Dirty stale water, no toys, denied access to sleeping area. They both sadly paced up and down in 3 foot pattern against rails looking demoralised.Exotic animals in a petting zoo totally misplaced, very upsetting to see.

Hi there thankyou for the review! We are glad the children enjoyed their day out. In response to your comments regarding our raccoons we would like to put our point across. 1. The Raccoons water is absolutely not stale the water is changed and cleaned every day the raccoons wash their food before they eat which makes it impossible to... More

Visited Dalscone yesterday for the first time since it's been extended. Paid £6.50 for my 5 year old to play inside and my little one who is just under 1 got in for free. At first was very impressed with the new large seating area and the play areas. My wee boy loved the larger play area and little one... More

Arrived at 3.15pm, got charged full price as we wanted to take the wee on outside to see the animals, at first i wasnt too bothered but went outside to discover if she wanted to go on anymore rides it was extra money, so it was £16.50 for 3 adults to get in, little one got in free as she... More

The best play place I have ever visited, something for everyone. Kept children occupied all day. Very spacious and clean both indoors and out. Excellent selection of food and drink reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff and plenty of them. Not to be missed!

Visited last week after their refurbishment. Plenty more seats, double the soft play area, loads to do outside for both younger children and their older siblings. Always clean and well-presented, tasty healthy food as well as a wide selection of baking. Admission to soft play only, is free for adults, and age-graded for children. Additional prices for outdoors, and some... More

This has recently had a large extension, mainly to seating area. The addmission charges at mainly £6.50 per child, then £5.50 per adult for outside supervision basically, is very steep. Compared against play, and food to Cocoa Bean Factory, it is not good value. Adults go free at cocoa bean, and children just £4.50 to play inside and outside all... More

Visited today for the first time since the revamp and I have to say the place is fantastic with one exception - the café. Now I can appreciate that it's doubled in size, and there will be teething problems, but today's fiasco was just inexcusable. We stood for 20 minutes waiting to order food in easily a 20 deep queue,... More
