Nice open town space

Nice open space in the centre of Galashiels with well planted flower beds. Great in summer to sit and watch the world go by.

Lovely spot to have a bit of lunch when the sun comes out. When it's dry we often walk over from the office to eat in the gardens and watch the world go by. Well maintained flower beds and seating area

Lovely colourful gardens, beautifully planted out with benches for a little sit down. Did some people watching and enjoyed a bit of peace and quiet at the end of a summer afternoon.

Pleasent and quite at times. Clean. No drinking.lots of benches so many people can enjoy the gardens. Best time to visit would be December to see our lights and tree.

It is a lovely garden but it's facing a main road which ruins it, also the amount of teenagers that go there just to drink play music and leave empty cans around ruins the whole atmosphere

The best place if you want to just chill out and watch the world pass by or even a place to have your lunch? Plenty of seating area and a really beautiful place in the summer period. You find many people have picnics or have a seat on the grass. The flowers and plants are very well kept and also... More

The gardens in Bank street are well maintained and are pretty to look at. In the summer lots of people sit in the grassy area and enjoy the sunshine. However it is very small and is on the main road through the town. As a wildlife lover I would love it if the council would plant the garden with more... More
