I am a fan of local museums especially those concerned with WW2, but this is a great one, full of lots of stories and items from the story of service men and women from the local area. Really facinating , I whole heartedly recommend anyone to visit with a couple of hours to spare.

Super collection of medals, uniforms and other artefacts, which were well displayed. The very friendly volunteer staff were also informative. The local photographs added to the ambiance of the museum.

This is a great attraction, especially for anyone interested in anything millitary. Its good for kids to see first hand the uniforms, medals, journals etc from those brave men and women who served their country in two world wars. Very interesting visit

A good little museum with a great deal of interesting material but restricted by its size, which is a shame. With more space the exhibits could be displayed to greater effect. But well worth a visit to learn the history of Oban.

We had no idea that Oban played such an important role in WWII. Lots of information about local attractions in the video played on a loop in the back room. Manned by very helpful volunteers.

The whole 20th centuary history of Oban and Connel Ferry in one snug building. Do not leave Oban without paying a visit and making a donation
